Can this work to lose weight fast? -

okay so i need to lose like 7-10lbs in 12 days. i know it s not healthy. but if i dont exercise and just drink vegetable juice and eat fruits, will i lose muscle and look soft compared to if i actually exercised at the gym? and if i run alot with this low cal diet, i wont gain muscle right?? thanks yo.

just run and drink water and eat low fat stuff you ll lose about 5-7 this way

I also prefer the diet instead of Gym. Read losing weight in the below link. But i suggest to go with the healthy tips provided in the website. losing 7-10lbs in 12 days weight is not healthy dear.

Add some protein to that. Hard boiled egg, dry tuna, grilled chicken.
