How can i lose weight fast and only in one month? -

I know this doesn t sound like very hard work, but walking is a great thing to trim body fat. If you walk for about 30 - 45 minutes on a treadmill or just outside it trims a lot of body fat. Another thing you should focus on is eating healthier, its probably a thing you already know about, but just changing ur diet habits really helps. Just say you drink a lot of pop. If you drink about 15-30 cans a month and u stop drinking pop that is a cut down of almost 9000 calories (300 cal. per can x 30), which is almost 3 pounds..it doesn t sound like a lot but it is an extra 3 pounds. Chicken and Fish are also excellent sources of protein, which help build muscles. You should want to stay away from beef, steak, and hamburger, which is VERY high in fat. Another thing is obviously the exercise, i dieted in the summer for 3 months and lost 25 pounds, about 8 calories a month. Great exercises are the elliptical, treadmill, and especially bike riding, and also, I m 13 too.

Do all your daily things but don t eat any kind of junk whatsoever. No chips, chocolate, cookies, etc. I did that when i was 14 and i lost over 15 pounds in five weeks.

i am 13 too and this has helped me lose 2 pounds each day 1: eat between 1,500 and 1,800 calories a day (no more because it will make you think you already messed up for that day and you might just give in all together) (no less because it will make your body go in starvation mode and save everything you take in)2: do at least one jumping jack for each calorie you take in. (its easier than you think)3: eat your biggest meal at breakfast because thats when your metabolism is higher and you can burn more off than save. and dont eat after 7 pm because after that it is harder to get the calories burned off4: drink diet soda and water. youll get used to the taste and it helps alot. well good luck! and i hope i could help*

go out to the park with your friends and play some sports/ go on the swings. be active. dont eat junk food, soda. pick healthier choices to eat.

people can advice you a number of ways and a number of diets for burning fat fast. But all these advices are bad.If you want to lose weight, the best way is to do it slowly, losing steadily over long period. fast diet can be harmful and can be counterproductive. In most cases after fast diets people tend to price themselves and they gain weight back at the same pace as the lost weight.So don t do it. Start a more healthy diet, eating everything, but under control (and less), do exercise.Good luck!
