Has anyone out there had success with the the miracle cure weight loss program by Kevin Treaudeau? -

I have listened to the tape.

If it s anything like my weight loss program, it will work just fine:Heres all you need to lose weight and get healthy. First, you have to realize there is no quick, long lasting weight loss plan or pill that is going to do the trick. Its purely mental. You have to learn to Eat to live, dont live to eat. Sounds simple, doesnt it? It is, if you understand that you are going to be reprogramming how you think about eating for the next few weeks. Old habits die hard, right? Not really. You get rid of bad habits by replacing them with good habits. If you learn to count your calories, keep calorie intake lower than output, exercise moderately, and eat only healthy food, you will lose weight. Thats a fact. All it takes is repetition. All success stories have this in common: The successful folks among us know how to be patient, persistent, and consistent. Set a goal and stick with it. The benefits of feeling good will outweigh any sense of sacrifice you might feel about having to push away that cake and ice cream. I have wrote a review of the book and you can read it by clicking on the source link.

One important thing about diets, not just the one you mentioned, is that they basically don t work.If a diet did come along that actually worket it would revolutionise the dieting world. The reason there are literally thousands and thousands of diets and the reason that any particular diet quickly falls out of favor is because they don t work.In all honesty how many people do you know that have followed a diet - probably quite a few. And how many have succeeded in losing weight - probably very few. There is only one sure fire way to lose weight and it s the method recommended by dieticians and doctors throughout the world - eat well and exercise .Food gives you energy, exercise burns energy. If you burn up more than you take in you lose weight - it really is as simple as that.I can t comment on the diet you mentioned as I m not familiar with it but a large number of diets are dangerous because they deprive the body of essential requirements. A healthy and balanced diet consisting of a variety of fruit and vegetables with plenty of water coupled with regular exercise will ensure you lose weight. If you are small framed then aim for about 1200 calories a day, medium framed then aim for 1500, large framed then aim for 1800. Try and get about half an hours exercise a day, nothing too strenuous to start with, build up gradually.

Kevin is a crook. some stuff he says is so obvious that to take the other position would at once show him to be uninformed. most all of the other what he says is pure crap and he does not make refunds on his books and he has been blasted by several watchdog groups as a phony.

I have purchased several products from Kevin and have found him to be a scammer. I would been just as well off to flush the money down the toilet.
