How can I lose weight quickly? -

I am 13 years old and weigh 127 pounds. All of that is fat. I want to get more muscular so I can join my football team.

Eat better and exercise regularly.

Go for high protien diet .. 1400 cal per day ... and exercise ...in form of any sport that you like.

join the football team and you will get muscle and lose the weight and anyway weight is good for football just not to much of it
