Any ideas on how to lose weight FAST? -

the best thing to do is drink water and excersise!!!!!! eat healthy foods like fruit and veggies!! eat different things so it can have a little of everything it helps to have a friend to do it with u!!!!!!!

the first girl was right for the most part but not with the snack part. you are supposed to snack dring the day because it lets your body know that your still awake and that your *matabolism*(sorry spelled wrong) still needs to be working to break down the foods. but eat health snacks so its not a lot of extra calories and fats. I took a class on this.
