rollerskating, home soccer, trampoline, shopping, riding your bike, andd more? which of these are good excercises and which work on which body parts?? what time of the day should i eat dinner? what time should I not eat after??? Help me. Because i need to loose weight soon.THANKS :D

YES, all are very good exercises. don t eat past 6:00pm. very good for metabolism and fat burning cardio. Good Luck! your on the right track.

If u wanna lose weight the the first thing you need to do is burn fat. you can do as many as 1000 crunches a day and u wont see the results u want. to burn fat u must do cardio for at least 20-30 mins three times a week. Cardio includes running, jumping rope, playing soccer or anything tht makes ur heat work (cardiovascular). Also try avoiding any cards such as bread which triggers your body to store fat. Make sure tht u eat protien and drink tons of water! u should eat a light snack 20 mins before you workout to provide u wit some energy but make sure it is lite. then after u workout u can eat a meal lik 30 mins after working out. its beeter to plan ur workouts around ur meals. it is proven tht u will eat less and get full fster if u eat half an hour after u workout. lastly, make sure u incorporate some ab workouts and some leg workouts as well to tone ur body. hope this helps!
