Is there any way I could lose weight fast? -

I m only 12 years old but I m really over weightI m 5 5 and I weigh 170 pounds which is not normal at allI really want to lose weight I am not that obsessed with eating or anythingBut I want to lose weight by excersisingI eat pretty healthy but excersising is pretty hard for me so i want to get in shapeso if anyone could tell me excersises that could help will be great

if you are 12 then get involved in sports and play outside with your friends everyday after doing your home work. this is the best way to get in shape at your age. Also it is late and go to bed.

Well first of all. Almost all of those dieting products wont help much at all. Its ALL about what you do! First of all three main things, BE ACTIVE. Watch WHAT you eat. Watch how MUCH you eat. So do some exercises, eat healthy foods.... no fast food or junk ever if you are going to be serious about this. You can eat three big healthy meals a day if it is good clean foods. If you feel hungry after you eat you are probably losing weight. Your going to be hungry for a while because your body is used to getting more food than what you will be doing. good luck
