Well yesterday i did not eat anything n lost 4 and a half pounds. Datz pretty fast. Well to me. The other dayz for breakfast i eat either 1. An orange 2. Fat free yogurt 3. Really small bowl of special k vanill almond. For lunch i eat all my school lunch. I eat nuthing else da rest of da day n lose two pounds everyday and sumtimes i even eat a third meal like a turkey sandwich n still lose tha weight ! I started last week n already lost ten pounds !
