I m a teenager (13), I m not obese but I am on the higher side of normal for my weight and I would love to have a gorgeous body for summer:) Any exercises, stretches etc to recommend or any foods for me to have less of? Please don t suggest acai berry otherwise I ll get VERY ANNOYED lol. I don t want to starve myself mind.Thanks

First, keep this in mind at all times: diets don t work, starving yourself to death doesn t work..repeat every hour.If you want to have a healthy body then you re gonna have to look at your whole life style. The things you eat, how often you exercise, even the way you think (mental health).The first thing I d do is look at the things you eat. Do you eat a lot of junk food? If you do, then start cutting down on it, if you drink soda 3x a week, then cut it down to 2 times a week, then once a week, then switch to water. Same goes with junk food, cut it down slowly week by week. Replace it with healthier foods that you like. Include more veggies and fruits. If you aren t used to this, start slow again. Get used to eating one fruit a day at a certain time so you can remember until it become a habit.With exercises, start by talking walks with your mom or someone you like talking to so you don t get bored. At your age it s really easy to get bored right away. So is there some sport you ve been wanting to learn/try? If so, why not get your parents pay for (tennis lessons, swimming lessons, etc) OR you could have your friends play with you.
