I need to lose weight fast and get a flat stomach!? -

i am going to florida april 7th with is exactly a month away. im on the chunkier side and i really want to get a flat stomach and look nice in my bathing suit. what are some ways to lose weight and fast?!please no one tell me its a bad idea to lose weight fast, i know this. but im still doing it
