Does anyone know any good recipes for medical weight loss patients? -

I m on the medical weight loss program, i m very firmiliar with it because it s my second time around. But I was just wondering if anyone knew any good recipes! Sometimes the same ol stuff gets boring! Any would help :) Thank you. (I m on the pink card)

If you are on a program prescribed by a doctor they should be giving you a list of what you need to eat.
