How to lose weight quickly? -

I am a girl and i m chunky...well no actually i m fat, and i m sick of all of this. I dont look good in clothes and its alot of pressure. I ve tried alot of things and i cant find anything. I dont want to hear about health risks and i cannot afford any products and since i m 12 my mom wont let me..but i cant take this fatness anymore. So please help. Please. Please.Please! Quickly.

hey, a lot of my friends (i m 20) have gone through being bigger at stages of their lives, it s totally normal! so don t worry, everyone s weight is always going up and down..the important thing is to be healthy, which means you should exercise, or play outside, do some sports now and then, be active for just half an hour a day, just do anything - jump rope - hoola hoop - play basketball, and you should eat healthily, make sure your parents are making good healthy meals for dinners - you know the kind - veggies, fish, chicken, whole grain rice etc.and don t try and cut out all junk foods because it s perfectly fine to treat yourself in moderation, you can eat whatever you like just make sure the portion size is small.and make sure you drink lots of water, rather than sodas..if you do these little changes, you ll notice yourself being fitter in no time!good luck =)also, for a workout that really works (i ve noticed results in less than a week!) here is the linkhttp://au.youtube.com/watch?v=sWjTnBmCHTYand there are 3 other videos you can get to from that link that target other areas of your body.
