How can I lose weight quickly? -

Im 15, 5 4 , 120 pounds and I really want to lose 15-20 pounds. What are some exercises and how many calories should I consume a day? Im a vegetarian and I dont drink pop or eat any candy but I still cant lose weight.

im 15, 5 4 and i weigh 120 pounds too,and i m also a vegetarian!just jog everyday to lose your water weight,and you might have to start eating some meat.no more then 2000 calories.i used to weigh 95, and i went up to 120 afteri became a vegetarian, because of all the carbs, the pasta.eat more fruits and maybe 50g carbs a dayits hard, but since you ve been a vegetarian,maybe it s not as hard to stick to a diet.

have about 1,200-1,600 calories a day. try different workout methods, you might have hit a plateau!
