I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Good Vitamins and Herbs that support weight loss.? -
Am i loosing too much Weight in a week? -
Don t weigh yourself so often. Your weight fluctuates a couple pounds throughout the day, so weighing yourself often doesn t really reflect your true weight. Weigh yourself once a week at the same time (ie Monday morning before breakfast) to get a more accurate picture of your weight. You sound like you re doing the right thing by exercising - good luck to you and don t worry about the 1.5 lbs because of the fluctuations I explained.
First off, congratulations that is a real achievement. The trick is to keep it up. Walking is great exercise and even better you have incorporated it into your daily routine.Eating 5 small meals is much better than 3 large. It keeps your blood sugars more level and you are less likely to store fat from excess calorie intake. It looks like you really don t need any help at all except I would suggest replace jogging with swimming to burn more calories, increase toning efforts and reduce strain/impact on joints.Again, well done.
What you have lost is called water weight. When you change something in your routine this is how your body reacts. You seem to be very active just keep it up. In a week or so you will start losing less weight. Don t weight yourself so often :) good luck
GUARANTEED SENSIBLE ways to lose weight is diet: no more than 1200 cal per day and exercise; workout 3 times a week minimum for 30 minutes.
It s really nice to hear that you are thinking about doing it the healthy way.People who are overweight tend to lose weight at a much faster rate than people who aren t. The rate at which you are losing weight will not continue, it will begin to slow down almost immediately and I would be very surprised if you had lost 5lbs in a week.If you do find that you have lost this much you need to take some steps to ensure that the weight loss is not so rapid as this can cause a number of problems. If you lose weight too quickly, your body will assume it is being starved and will store anything you feed it as fat. Also, when/if you do start eating again, the weight will pile straight back on. So you may want to consider either upping your calorie intake, this should be 2000-2500 calories a day for a healthy person, however, if you are trying to lose weight it can be reduced to around 1200 but this should not be a permanent change.Secondly, you could reduce the amount of exercise you do. Exercise is great for you but it must be kept in proportion with the amount of calories you are ingesting. Otherwise you risk becoming faint, light-headed and suffering from exhaustion.

Try Weight Watchers. It is very real world friendly, no food is banned and they do not require you to eat any special food. It stresses portion control, making healthy choices and exercise. You can still have fast food or pizza occasionally as long as you stay within your points...just don t overdue it. The article below explains how to do it and has some links to reference sites.
no diets.they never bring lasting results.you know whats good for you. you have to work out your own diet what works for u.and join a gym.i like to juice for my breakfast.get a juicer they are great.
Get active. You can buy this little pedal thing you can keep it under your desk at work and pedal while you work.Walk. Bike. Rollerblade. anything. Join a gym. Eat healthy food and watch portion size. Drink lots of water.
Brandi - I feel for you. Go to this calculator and select basic metabolic rate for your activity level (http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie to see how many calories your body needs in a day. Simply do not go over that limit. This is how I first started losing weight. It was hard because I used to work as a social worker, so I would go by a nearby fast-food place for lunch (Taco Bell, McDonalds, you name it) and I would try to order smaller items that I thought had less calories, but when I went to the website and checked how many calories a chicken quesadilla with a side of nachos had, I was going waaayyy over my limit. I would suggest making something the night/weekend before and taking it in your lunch. It might be difficult at first, especially if all your co-workers are eating out too (I know mine did, they would come in with fast food bags every lunch and it was hard to resist, especially when I first stopped the fast food). Feel free to snack on healthy and natural foods (trail mix, granola bar, etc). Do whatever works for you, just don t go over that limit.Another really helpful thing I did was stop drinking soda. Girl, this was so hard to do because I drank soda everyday. I had to start out really slow with it. First, I started out by ordering a water with my soda. Then I told myself that I would have to drink from that water first before I drank any soda. Gradually I got to the point where I drank the whole water before the soda, and then finally one day I drank all water and no soda and I knew I was reaching my goal. After that it was really difficult to maintain, because I swear I went into withdrawal (people don t believe that you can have a caffeine/sugar/soda addiction, but I am living proof that it does happen!) where I seriously had mild headaches and felt under the weather for 4-7 days. It was miserable, but I got past it and haven t looked back. I ve been soda free for seven months now and I feel so much healthier, not to mention people tell me that I ve lost a lot of weight and look great (I m 5 5 and 121lbs) I also try to do 30-45minutes of exercise everyday, but I would think in the beginning the eating changes make the most dramatic difference. It might sound counterintuitive, but eating more meals in a day has worked a lot better for me than eating three meals. By splitting the meals up, I feel more full and plus I am happy to add more variety to my diet. Here is a good example of how someone eats healthy (meal by meal): http://www.bodyrock.tv/2008/12/15/my-typSo, to summarize:1) calculate how many calories your body needs and don t go over, no matter what. Don t try to starve yourself and go dramatically under either, but if you are under that s fine. Just don t go over.2) Be aware of how many calories you are putting into your body. Try to pack foods from home to save/cut back on calories.3) Drink water with or instead of your favorite caloric drink (soda, coffee, etc.)4) Stretch your meals out through the day.Hope this helps!
You need to have a balanced day with your foods.1.for breakfast you should have protein and whole grains like eggs ,cheese...oatmeal is fine too2-lots of fruits and vegetables-plus tons and tons of water 3-no snacks-ex-sugary sweets ....etc4-dinner u should eat regular but no bread 5-lots of excersise 6-you need a scale in your house so every DAY you weigh yourself and know what you did wrong if you gained weight7-COUNTT YOUR CALORIES8-find out your metabolism rate watever it is you should subtract 500 because of your need to lose weight
What promotes healthy weight loss? -
Keep your outlook on life positive and your stress levels down.Mainly I would say this: don t get discouraged. Long-term weight loss requires more than just a regimen of specific foods and exercises; it s about changing your lifestyle and taking the steps necessary to keep those changes in place. I find that keeping myself motivated is difficult; therefore I try to set up external circumstances that will keep me motivated when I m not feeling particularly so.Also, don t expect to lose it all fast; it may take months, years to get to a good, consistent weight. Act the way ants do. They don t get discouraged by how long it will take to build their hill; they just move one grain of dirt at a time until it s done.A few other things: drive less. Get outside more, even if you re not exercising. Get enough water. Get enough sleep!
A very simple yet effective diet plan is the cabbage soup diet. This is based on consuming cabbage soup whenever hunger strikes. However, during this diet, one needs to refrain from any of the oily junk food stuffs. Another diet plan which is used more so like an adjunct to other diet regimes is negative calorie diet. This works on the principle of consuming food, which has calorific values less than the energy spent in digesting them. Thus, there will always be a negative balance for the body thereby resulting in gradual depletion of the stored fat. Lastly, the Sonoma diet also aims at making the life of those who want to lose weight, a little easier. This diet comprises of vegetables, which have high concentrations of anti oxidants, blueberries, spinach, almond oil and whole grains. For those who find even this combination unpalatable, try adding red wine to the list but make sure you dont exceed a glass.http://www.weightloz.com/category/Best-Diets-to-Lose-Weight.html
Sure! What a great question...the healthiest way to lose weight is to follow the USDA Food Pyramid Guidelines. This will explain what foods you should be eating each day and in what amounts. In a nutshell, concentrate on lean protein (chicken, fish, pork), vegetables, fruits, low-fat dairy products (skim milk, yogurt), whole grains (whole-grain bread, oatmeal, brown rice), and heart-healthy fats (olive and canola oil, nuts, avocado). To lose weight, eat three small meals a day and two small snacks, made up of the foods I mentioned before. Add some sort of daily activity and plenty of water. There you go...a healthy approach to weight loss!!
Spinach- loaded with iron, beta carotene vit C E speeds metabolism Hot peppers- speed up your metabolism by as much as 25% also grapefruit and vinager are supposed to help. Drink alot of skim milk, ceareal is also a good diet food. Alot of people think chicken is good but turkey has less fat. Stay away from salt!
dark color vegetables, such as broccoli, spinach, carrot, blue berry, water, eat more often, small meals, balanced foodprotein, carbohydrates, good fat,(avocado, canola oil, )
green tea speeds up your metabolism...and i strongly recommend weight watchers...its so great i wouldnt even call it a diet even though it helps you slim down like one!! :)
salada ,water, vitamin water ,
walking 45 minutes everyday or other day plenty of water isometric exercises think inches not pounds
Looking to fit into my lbd? -
You re clearly not versed in healthy weight loss if you are looking to lose a couple of pounds in four days. Will 1-2 lbs make that much of a difference? Peoples weight usually fluctuates about that much during the course of a day.Just a thought.
