What are some weight loss tips for a 13 year-old boy? -

I m about 5 6 and I have a common condition where exercise can be very painful in the muscles of my leg... I want to know how to lose weight without all the pain I go through in P.E. class.

Exercising will help you a lot in losinng weight and of course discipline in some foods you want to eat. Recently I saw this site and it gives several tips for weight loss which had helped me in improving my diet to gain the body I ve always wanted.

4 practical suggestions help young men lose weight http://www.tipsinlife.com/weight-loss-teens-children.htm1. Suggestion 1 : Encourage your kids to make changes to their general lifestyleSuggestion 2 : Encourage them to become more physically active Be active yourself! Share your activity with your kids. Play with them! Play football, go cycling, go skating, go swimming. Be more active as a family. Take family walks and hikes, and so on. Help your kids to find activities that they enjoy by showing them different possibilities. A good trick to encourage them to take exercise is to ask them to help you to get fit. Ask them to go for a walk with you, or a swim, or a cycle. Suggestion 3 : Make it easy for them to eat healthily Suggestion 4 : Set a good example for them, yourself Most kids learn by example. They watch and they copy. So one of the most important things you can do to prevent obesity in your kids, is to set a good personal example.Take regular exercise. Don t sit in front of a TV all day. Find out about nutrition. Buy lots of healthy food. Cook healthy meals. Explain to your kids what makes foods healthy and unhealthy.

Once you work out(a good workout) you re gonna be sore.the next one you re still gonna hurt.but just keep at it and it won t hurt and you ll still lose weight. There really is no simple answer to weight loss. And you probably shouldn t diet at your age.Just go to the gym or something and stick with a plan.I used to hurt after my conditioning, but after a couple I didn t hurt anymore. So yeah just get out there and do something, cause it s not just gonna melt off

Without knowing the full details of that condition i would say, have you tried swimming, or other activities that can be done with more arms? Also, if you cannot be active you must eat lean. But watch out for carbs, if you don t burn them off they turn into fat too.

I recommend you my weight loss program. It works amazing and fast. If you are serious about losing weight. You should check this out weight loss right program. It will work for you if you do it right. I lost 18 pounds in 6 weeks with this program. You can get more info from bit,ly/vbile62 (Please change , to . in the link)

Changing your diet can make a big difference. Eat healthy foods, and make sure that you eat the amount which is right for you. A good amount is considered eating until you are no longer hungry, but you are not completely full. Eat just enough to last for a couple hours. Eating multiple small meals throughout the day is better than eating 3 big meals.

1-eat less fat and carbohydrates (very important)2-walk every day -play any kind of sport u like 3-don t deprive food just eat in balance 4-don t eat between meals (no znacks)5-drink healthy amounts of water 6-LOVE YOUR SELF (u dont want to be the fat boy in high school )

eat healthy and swim, lift weights, lifting weights wont make you lose weight but it will be good for ur overall fitness, and no they dont stunt growth, ive studied the subject on weights stunting growth and its pretty much confirmed they dont.

EAT LESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, the only way

go swimming, there is less tension in the water

I had a hard time losing weight after my 3rd child. I tried all the diet pills out there before I heard about the Acai Berry. It helped me lose 44 lbs in 90 days. You may want to look into it if you are looking for that extra little boost.

Exercise is just as crucial as food consumption when it comes to losing weight. There s lots of splendid instruction for exercise on the web resource in the box below. I lost 6 pounds by doing as they advised.

Weight loss tips on staying motivated? -

I know this is asked ten thousand times, however, I am going to ask again.Any good tips on CD s or something that keeps the motivation up for weight loss? Or just motivation in general? Thanks =0)

I know it s so hard sometimes!I keep ALL junk food OUT of the house. When I need motivation I watch stuff like the health channel or FIT TV or those shows about the 900 lb people. If they can lose the weight, so can I!!Also, if you are feeling lazy and making excuses, just get up and GO to the gym. I always force myself to go and tell myself that even ten minutes is better than nothing...and usually once I get there it feels so much better when I get into a workout, I m glad I did it!Oh and finding a workout buddy works, do you have a friend who can help keep you on track? It always helps to get a partner in crime!Good luck and keep at it girl!

I make my own mixes and put them on my ipod. they also have lots of exercise mixes you can buy at best buy or somewhere. I like Eye of the Tiger and lots of my favorite artists to be on my exercise music. Exercising with friends helps you get motivated, and long walks, if it isnt too cold there, feels nice because you get to be outside.

Can anyone give me some weight loss tips? -

Im 175 pounds and 5 8. Im not fat but, i could do with losing a couple of pounds. Ive been going to the YMCA for the last couple of months but i havent really lost weight. Could someone give me maybe some exercise routines or tips for building abs and weight loss?

I have been using this weight loss program for a while http://fatloss-4idiots.blogspot.com/ And so far i can say that the results are amazing. I already lost ~20 pounds! I highly recommend this.Good luck!

Alli. The only FDA approved weight loss supplement. However, many people do #2 in their pants, as the warning states on the box.

Eat less fat grams. I cut my fat grams/day back to 50 or less which is very managable. I lost 2 inches off my waist in a month because cutting my fat grams back meant a huge cut in my overall calories. I upped my protein intake to about 200/day because I was lifting a lot. By doing this I could eat anything I wanted, I just had to watch what else I ate.

I need a plan....(overweight, physical disabilities)? -

Hey everyone. I was wondering if anyone could give me some ideas on a healthy weight loss plan that includes some very low impact exercises. I have back injuries and several problems that have to do with excess scar tissue. I find it very hard to work out and I m not sure of what I can do! I cannot afford to join a gym, either. Any suggestions on a low fat menu and low impact exercises would be awesome! Thank you. =)

If you can afford to get level 1 reiki training, i suggest you do it. it s around $40 out here, and they even give treatments for free, so you might find a similar deal where you are. at least look into it. deep breathing exercises are also very beneficial; spend about 5-10 minutes everyday focusing on using as much of your lungs as you can. over time, this will make you healthier and give a more positive attitude too. drinking water upon arising every morning (i do 6 cups, some people opt for 3, and some fanatics do a whole gallon; just be sure to be consistent and do it every day) also helps supply the body and flush toxins. when you start, if you re going to do more than 3 cups, be sure to be close to a toilet and give yourself a full hour after drinking; the first week or two will be full of urine, diarrhea, and other undesirable stuff being flushed from your body as your large intestines get filled with water for the first time in years. if you keep saturated and trans fats to under 20 grams a day, you ll be fine in that department; i d also suggest high protein, especially if you re going to do any of the exercises i m about to give.yoga(about 20 asanas held for about a minute each), pilates( a 50 minute workout), running(for 10 minutes starting), walking(for a half hour to start), 10 push-ups and sit-ups on waking and before retiring at night, or even just 25 jumping jacks a day will all begin to improve your muscle and health. All of these work great in combination with each other too, so experiment, and remember to get plenty of protein :)oh, and congrats for becoming one of the AMgood luck with your diet.

I m mildy disabled myself. Walking is the best exercise. Running is the WORST by far. Please ignore any advice that involves running. With previous injuries you do not want to impact your joints, no matter where. Reiki is not recognized as much more than quack medicine.Visit www.skepdic.com and use their alphabetical search to read more about it.Diet is important too. Counting calories, yes, but don t forget you need protein too. If you don t want meat, any beans such as pimento, kidney, black or lima beans provide plenty of protein. For good carbohydrates, long grain brown rice is great. Above all, please consult a professional nutrionist who is in a medical office. Quacks abound, and people get hurt. Avoid any herbal remedies well meaning people may mention. Unregulated, you don t know what ingredients are in those capsules.

The most important thing is to get a diet plan. I can t workout a lot because of my health, but I am able to lose weight when I have a very careful diet. I suggest counting calories. Go ahead and count up the calories you consume and see how much you need to cut out. You should eat no more than 2000 and 1200-1600 is great for losing weight. If you follow this, then you definitely will lose weight.Another great thing you can do is weight lifting. It burns a lot of fat and calories and is low-impact if you do it right. Buy some free weights and some ankle weights and try a bunch of different exercises. For cardio you can do walking, yoga, or pilates.

Just eat nothing but fruit, vegetables (except for potatoes) salad and fruit juice. You can eat as much of these as you want and make sure you eat a variety of different fruits and veg to get all the vitamins you need. You will never be hungry because you can eat as much as you like and still lose weight. I lost 2 stone in 3 months by doing this and more healthy and alive than I ever have. You can eat salads, roasted vegetables fruit salads, home made soups there are so many nice things to eat and just eat until you are full. No need to gorge yourself but you wont feel hungry. Make sure you drink lots of water! Cut out things like bread fried foods and also things like pasta as this will slow down your weight loss.I swear by this and it worked for me, so good luck to you, you can do it x
