What is your most effective weight loss tip? [not including surgery or pills please!]? -
I gained 5 pounds in 2 days? -
Don t bend your elbows.Drink at least 2 quarts of water a day and run. Don t eat anything for the next few days except fruit.
Don t worry about it. If you do happen to pass the weight limit by a few or on the dot they ll measure your weight mass and if it passes 5% your done though.For example the weight limit for 5 8 is 150 but this guy is 5 8 and hes 200 pounds but hes all muscle and no fat.Basically they measure your fat and muscle percentage if your over your weight limit.
Hey what s up Ryan. I m also leaving for the Air Force in a few months. When you go running and exercising be sure to wear a couple a shirts plus a long sleeve shirt so you can sweat big time. It may sound a little extreme but make sure when you work out you sweat as much as possible. You should be fine though, because even if you tip the scale at like 181 they will do a body fat meaurement. Holla back at me
go to wal-mart and buy a sauna suit and run a couple miles, you can lose 4 to 5 pounds of water weight in one run, worked for me
Don t worry. eating salty food or even a lot of red meat will do that. Drink a little more water, lay off the steak and you ll be fine.
Start eating healthier and start to work out a lot more
You will be fine.. do not change anything you are doing! you may honestly just need to go #1 or #2! that s all man! don t worry about it
Go on a strict protein diet with no carbs. You will lose more than you gained

Well, here are some tips that are little things that could make big dofferences:-If you re at the computer alot, NO eating at the computer. Sometimes people just mindlessly eat when they re on the computer - I know I used to, but it makes a huge difference.-Walk alot. Incorporate it into your life. For example, I could take the bus to highschool but instead I walk. That s 30 minutes each way and 1 hour of walking in total, without even really feeling like I m trying to work out, you know? Walk to the library, walk to the store, walk everywhere. It s really relaxing too.- Skipping rope is a good idea. You can do it in your house and you don t have to go to a gym. At first it may be hard to even do it for one minute, but trust me, you ll be amazed how much and fast you improve. At first I could barely skip for 2 minutes, and now I can do it for 2 hours!- Instead of chips and stuff, eat air popped popcorn. It s like 180 calories for like 5 cups popped.- Eat. Eat a breakfast first and foremost. Make sure oyu have at least three meals a day. Please dont try to starve yourself. You re getting yourself into a viscious circle that never helps you if you do. Eat every three hours, but small amounts.- Just move around alot. Even laughing and moving your legs around whipe sitting burns calories, and can add up. - Don t eat cheddar or mozzeralla cheese. You can cut it out of most recipes that call for it. And switch to skim milk if you haven t already. If you re going to eat cereal for breakfast, avoid those granola stuff and stick to simple rice krispies, cheerios, corn flakes or puffed wheat/millet/rice. Use sugar-twin for sweetener. That s all I can think of for right now. Hopefully I gave you a few things you havent thought of before. I ll add more if I can come up with some.

Activities that use the large leg muscles burn the most calories. These activities also tone the lower body quite effectively. Think in terms of power walking, jogging, biking, skating, swimming laps, jumping rope, dancing, racquetball, and jumping jacks. if you eat 2000 calories a day. you have to burn off 3000 just to lose one pound. start walking or biking everywhere you go. start out doing 20 situps a day right before bedor when you first get up in the morning. and every other day add 5 more situps until you get to 100.do yoga. it s fun and healthy for you.

Ok. Quick diets, diet pills, etc. DO NOT WORK. They may initially, but most are not healthy and sometimes you get dependent on the pills. A healthy amount to be losing is 3 pounds a week. 4 or 5 is ok, but after that it can become dangerous. You can eat WHATEVER you want when you are dieting, just eat the serving size and stop when you are *satisfied*, not full. Part of the problem isn t WHAT people eat, but HOW MUCH. When you order a steak, etc. at a restaurant, eat half and take the rest home because the servings are always too big. It is a good idea to choose wheat because it gives you much-needed fiber. Fiber is good because you stay full longer and it cleans out your system. Always drink lots of water and you don t have to go crazy with exercising - 20 minutes of cardio everyday is plenty. If you are also doing weight training, keep in mind that you could be losing fat even if you aren t losing pounds because muscle is heavier than fat. Get a dance dvd or walk the dog. Even cleaning the house counts! As for eating after 7pm, that s hogwash. Your body digests the same sleeping or awake. Don t change anything, you are going about it in entirely the right way. Giving yourself plenty of time (9 months), plenty of exercise, just what you need to do really. With diets or fast weight loss programmes all that happens is that you put your body into starvation mode so that when you stop dieting, guess what, on goes the weight. If you re eating properly you really don t need to buy any supplements at all, just good fresh food and varied as well. Remember that old adage, Everything in moderation , how very true.
