Wieght loss.! HELP.! PLZ.!!!!? -

okay well, i m a 14 yr old girl, 5 1. i weigh 125 pounds. my goal is to weight 110 or less. i would like to learn how much exercise i gotta do to loose that. how much calories do i loose in 30mins of workin out.? in 1 hour.? how many calories are in a pound.? any fun exercise technices.? other than the obviose.? which exercises help you loose weight faster.? i kno that it s a lot to answer but i would be SOOO thankful if i got these answered.! plz.!? i gotta kno this stuff.! Well you dont have to do all that excersise..All you have to do is : EAT LESS!!!here is the routine: Every hour during the day eat a small bowl of food.(EVERY HOUR!!) Once you do this everyday it will be like eating only dinner. Do this the whole week , notice any changes.

I don t understand why you want to lose weight. You are perfectly within the weight range for you height and gender. Statistics say you should be between 110 and 140 at ideal weight, depending on your body type. Assuming you have an average build, between 120 and 130 is healthy. I really don t think you should be losing weight. 110 might not be the best goal for your body.If you still insist, though, don t eat less.The best way to lose weight and eat healthier is to eat less red meat (for example, don t eat a steak dinner). Don t eat too many meals centered around meat. You can eat a meaty lasagna but don t just eat a plateful of pork or beef. Fish is very good for you so eat lot s of it. I m not saying don t eat meat at all. You need meat in your diet but use it as a supplement instead of a main course. Of course, eat your fruits and vegetables.Now for excercise. Do you take PE at your school? If you do, then that s enough. If not, try to do the equivelent of that. Don t overexert yourself. The best and fastest excercise is swimming. HARD WORK NOT PAYING OFF! Help!? -

I ve been going on a 15-20min walk every morning and 30-1hr walk every night for a week now but am disapointed because I havn t seen any dramatic results either. I m eating relatively healthy as well :(Just wondering if you know any quick weight loss tips and dieting ones...THANKSP.S I ve also been doing 50 situps a night :)

Try cutting down your calories. It has A LOT to do with what you eat (trust me!) What you re doing for activity sounds really good. Try to do some strength-training, as it creates muscle in which you can burn more calories.Remember, if oyu keep it up you ll lose it!best of luck xox

How long? If your looking for healthy results it will take at least a month or two to see any good changes anyway. I would recommend to eat healthier, instead of relatively healthy, and keep up the exercise as well as staying as far away from a scale for a month. At the end of the month you should be pleasantly surprised.

Make sure you re eating healthy, Avoid over processed foods. I was told by a friend whom I refer to myself as a diet and health guru that a good way to flush your body is by taking your total weight, divide it by 2 and whatever that is, that would be the amount of water you should drink in one day. so, it you weight about 120, then you would drink 60 ounces of water. I know it sounds crazy, and you ll piss a ton...but it worked for me. If that doesn t sound appealing to you...at least 5-8 servings of 8 ounces of water, mixed with good, healthy food and some type of physical activity... You should be good to go. Best of luck!

to get in shape in general you need cardio excersice. something that gets ur heart to beat faster and make u sweat....running or swimming is a great way to get in shape....they both make u loose weight and get in great shape...swimming also develops your pecs.....to get tonned muscles i suggest simply to do push ups and crunchs at night...i would suggest if one night u do pushups and the next u do crunchs....when u do push ups do twenty or fifteen at a time and try to do as many sets as you can..for crunchs do twenty a set and do as many sets as you can...if you do them right you will be in great shape...food wise try to avoid too much carb and eat protien rich food.....penutbutter sandwich is great.

Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, and try to stay away of fast food restaurants, for 3 weeks, you will look great!! it works for me!the only problem that is you have to piss allot, but it worth the sacrifice!!

Eat right, work out.. have a positive outlook. Don t obsess over it.

You will always have days when you just can t shake that craving. try to do some extra exercise the next day.Don t make unreasonable goals. It s good to have a weight loss goal, like fit into those new jeans in 30 days, But be reasonable about it. Don t expect to lose 50 pounds in 2 months. 1 or 2 pounds a week is recommended.Be aware of what triggers binging. Some people can t sit and watch tv without raiding the fridge, so in that case you would need to cut down on tv watching and get into some other activities.Do not rely on any products like pills or diet books to make you lose weight. These are tools that can help you, but you will only get results with determination and patience. Stay focused on the goal even when it seems hopeless. Nothing is more important than your health.

I am a 205 pound, 53 stay at home mom. I desperately want to lose 75 pounds.? -

Can anyone share practical tips on getting more energy and other weight loss tips. I really want to do something in my life that will make me feel as though I ve accomplished something.

Well you can start with a healthy diet and exercise. 6 meals a day. no more than 1,500 a day. An example of a day s plan would be, a yogurt for breakfast and a fruit, then 2 hours later another piece of fruit. Then for lunch a tuna sandwich, then a snack 2 hours later. for dinner something light and 2 hours later a snack. These are just examples. So gradual changes in food will take place. excersie for 30 min. cardio and 30 min. weight training. A healthy weight loss would be eating right and excersing right. One can lose 1-2 lbs a week. The first weeks you will lose weight dramatically then it will slow down. Remember to change your excersies and increase activity. It is very easy to go up and beyond 4,700 calories each day.Best way to do this is to track your progress on a calorie counter monitor watch. If you do it by the numbers you can loose the weight. And when your stomach bloats, your jeans just don t fit. You can drop one pant size simply by NOT drinking any carbonated drinks all together..Take away the bloat and you have instantly just made it one pant size lower. Besides, Sodas dehydrate you and with that One a Day Vitamin, you won t need the Caffeine in the soda and it will also cut out those extra calories that you don t need.So remove that soda and the energy drinks and just think how much calories you just instantly removed from your daily intake. If you eat anything more than that, you will stretch out your stomach which causes overeating and overweight.What you need to do is eat every three hours, approx 5 to 7 times everyday around the same time. If you are always giving your body healthy and better food choices (the size of your fist) every three hours, your body will know you are giving it food. It will use that food properly. It will not go into starvation mode or store food away for later because it knows...it will get more in three hours. So what does your body do...it flushes everything out of your system because it doesn t need it.. Now it knows...you wont forget about it and that food is on its way.____Walking BuddyThis is the best thing especially for woman. Get a walking buddy. One hour everyday. Just think about how much talking, venting and laughing two woman can do together while walking and yup, you guessed it...it just burns more calories and reduces your stress. Go to weight watchers if you can, i needed to loose 120 pounds 6 months ago, and now i need to loose 70. I have lost 50 pounds, and i dont even feel like i am on a diet anymore. I have no idea how many calories i eat a day, but i have lost weight every week for 6 months and i also do weight training, and walking.

I think that in general there are no short cuts. you re gotta want to lose weight and actually do it-unlike myself-i usually start with good intentions but then feel miserable and end up eating too much. if you want we can start a diet together and support eachother online daily! I can definately empathise with you. After having my 3rd child a year ago I weighed 230lbs. I lost 50lbs. in less than a year. Here are some tips that helped me: * Eat Breakfast- it gives you energy and curbs cravings throughout the day. I usually ate a small bowl of whole grain cereal like Cheerios with some fruit. * Snack on fruits, veggies, and small servings of nuts. * yogurt is a good pick me up in the afternoon. Put some granola on top. * Don t eat after 6:00pm was a rule that I followed religiously. *Start exercising. Start small. I know it s hard with kids, but try to make time for yourself. * Every morning when I get up, I get dressed, put on makeup and do my hair. When you take time to look nice, you ll feel less like lounging on the couch and more like doing stuff. * This is a hard tip to follow but try to cut out all sugar, I got fat on my kid s juice boxes (I m serious) Good luck on reaching your goal.

My friend at work joined Weight Watchers and has lost 55 pounds...it was amazing. I decided to forgo the Weight Watchers, and I jog/run at least 3 times a week for 2.5-3.5 miles, and watch what I eat. You may want to keep a food journal of everything you eat (even the calories in a stick of gum, I mean everything) and see how much you re taking in a day...I did this, and I realized I was eating more than I thought I was. You should probably go see a doctor before you start any weight loss plan though, just to make sure it s safe. Best of luck!

They are probably a lot older, and their metabolism has slown down. you re still a kid, so yours is fast, you d probably have an easier time loosing it at your age.

Well I m here again!Not being boastful but I know just the right way on how to loose fat immediately, unharmful, efficiently and effectively without a big boring a hole on your wallet ( not in an expensive way) since I, MYSELF EXPERIENCED THE THING YOU RE EXPERIENCING NOW! Believe me it s true!I think I m in my teenage years (15 yrs old) when I started to do this regimen. I m born and grew up as a fat kid with a measure of 37 (at most)! Well heres what I did:I bought a slimming tea named Kankunis that can be bought in any drugstore. It s usually packed in a sachet. I used to tear it up and pour all the grains inside the (single) pouch and drink it up in a hot cup of water since I believe that by drinking the grain as well makes it more effective to kill the fat. I drink it every night but the side effect is that it ll make you go to the CR (it s like having an LBM) early in the morning. But dont be afraid, the smooth and greasy manure that s coming out is actually the fat that s being slaughtered, so better to do this in vacation!I also used a clothe fat-trimming belt (like what aerobics fanatics use) for my big bulging stomach, regular balanced diet (actually I still ate meats that time so eating meats arent really bad at all) and everyday exercise--or sports if you like-- in combination with the slimming tea (We have a small basketball ring in our backyard where I do my exercise).
