How to lose weight off my stomach? -

I m not overweight. Every other part of my body is fine but I have a stomach that is not flat. Any tips on how to lose stomach fat?

Hey!I know from experience how tough it can be to get flat abs. I play soccer in the fall and basketball in the winter, and during season, I m really fit, but during the summer, i need to improvise to keep in shape. Here are some things i find helpful, hope they help!-Change your diet up a little. No need to starve yourself or eat completely health food, but instead of a burger and soda, try water and a turkey sandwich on wheatbread. its healthy and delicious!! -RUN! i d suggest 1 mile to begin (4 times around most tracks) and work your way up. Go at your own pace and stay hydrated.-You can also do crunches, situps, and my personal favorite: LEGLIFTS. These are the most painful workout we do on my teams. *Lay flat down on your back and put your hands on your stomach. Raise your legs 6 inches of the ground repeatedly holding them for 3 seconds each time. or try holding them for as long as you can. You can also cross your legs when theyre raised (called scissoring) or for an extra workout in your abs, raise up your upper-body as you do this. try working out for 1-2 hours a day, you ll feel and look great!Hope this helped!

Diet Exercise is the only healthy way to lose fat.you cannot spot fat any particular part of your body.when you lose fat,you lose it from everywhere on your body.try cutting off the junk food, lay off sugar.sodium is really bad for you when trying to get a flat stomach because it will hold excess water in that area.Eat 5-6 healthy small meals a day, drink lots and lots of water.try exercising 5x a week for at least 30min.Good Luck

I recently found at new online weight lose website at http://www.my-linker.com/hop/WeightGone which aims to strip the fat from your body while keeping healthy and looking good and also helps you keep the weight off which is always the tricky bit.Take a look and see what you think and I hope it helps.

you can t spot train so the best think to do is up your cardio, do your crunches, eat 5 to 6 small meals and keep the water intake high. best of luck :)

somebody told me a long time ago ....don t eat anything white if you want a waist. So white food include white flour, sugar, milk products salt and white rice.

Crunches.

work out

eat less food four time a day in small portions

How to lose weight over the summer? -

Ok so I want to lose weight I have a 4pack just I gained a little weight how do I lose it without pills

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet withoutexercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. Fordiet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no foodafter 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending onyour initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. Ifyou don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goeycakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But yourdiet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have tocalculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you ll gain everything back, trust me.eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like chicken breast.skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.if you feel hungry, but don t want to over eat, chew gum. it ll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!and don t forget to exercise!try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.good luck!

just run jog every morning and every night

How to lose weight fast by exercising? -

I weight 170 LBS and i need to lose about 40 LBS. I need tips from those of you out there that know how to exercise well by losing weights fast. What kinds of food do i need to avoid and what kinds do i need to eat. What sorts of exercise do i need to do at the gym etc..Also, if you know any good diet pills out there, let me know.

No smoking, no beer/ale, no booze, no drugs, no junk food, no fast food garbage, no sugary sweet soda s. Get on a good, healthy, balanced diet including plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables. Drink plenty of water, fruit juices fat free milk. Snack on lots of RAW fruit veggies. Get up one hour early every morning take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. Make sure you eat a good, balanced breakfast daily. You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal. Get a good 8 hours sleep each nite. Flip your mattress over so it will level out to give you a good nite s rest. As time permits, work in sit ups, push ups, pull ups skipping rope. Within 90 days you will be amazed. But - you must make a commitment to YOURSELF to make improvements - or - it aint gonna happen.

It s always going to be hard work and there is no quick fix. Just try to eat fresh, unproceessed, unpackaged foods... cooked while fresh... avoid the frying pan... avoid sugar and soda... have your carbohydrates in small quantities with protiens... try to eat 6 small meals a day rather than 1 big one.... as for exercise... work large muscle groups... rowing and cycling are good... as is jogging... try to do an hour exercise every alternate day.

Weight Loss Tips!!!!!?????????????????????????????? -

Is it possible to go from a size 14 to a size 10 in 50 days!!!!If so can someone give me some weight loss tips

Successful diets arent miracles - there are many steps that you should follow if you would like to lose wait and stay healthy.in 50 days, you will have to stick to a strict plan and be very good - i suggest having no deserts, no drinks but water, rare fried foods, regular exercise. french fries can be a downfall, while salads allow you to eat large portions with a smaller calorie in take. be aware of what your eating! a healthy turkey sandwich can rack up hundreds of calories when you add cheese and mayo... be smart and be honest with yourself. here are some tips - I hope you can reach your goal!! =D- eat healthier foods - stay away from anything fried, green vegetables are especially good for you- everything in moderation - proteins on occassion [remember, red meat is more chloric than chicken], one dessert a day- exercise - 15 minutes of walking in the morning and 15 minutes of walking inthe afternoon/evening is all you really need- portions - after you ve eaten a certain amount, take a break. if you re still hungry in about 10-20 minutes, have a little more, then wait. you will be suprised how little food you need to get full- only eat when you are hungry - people think, oh, it s 12:00, time for lunch ...before you do that, ask yourself if you are hungry. you may find that you are more satisfied when you eat five smaller meals each day- water - try to stay away from sodas (even diet sodas, because the chemicals are harmful), fruity drinks, milkshakes, etc. water is your best bet- all natural - try not to resort to miracle pills, patches, supplements, or any other unnatural aid to dieting. if you have been dieting for a long time or your weight is putting you at a serious risk, see a doctor.- patience - losing weight isnt easy and won t happen within days. give your body time to adjust to your new pattern of eating and exercising.Good luck with your diet!

Yes, it is if you try using Simplifast Fasting Beverages. I dropped 10 pounds in 4 days. I was an between and 8-10 and now I am in size 6 after 6 days of simplifast. I am losing inches with this stuff, and feeling the best I have ever felt. Its all natural and organic and has super nutrients, and 11g of fiber a 16oz serving. its ready to drink and taste like i am cheating, its sooo good. I literally crave this drink daily and it is part of my regular diet. I have not gained a LB back since. I am loving it and recommend it to everyone looking to change their eating habits and lose weight FAST, and keep it off. I feel 10 years younger.

Sure, you just have to do all of the right things. Working out is definitely the beginning. Weight lifting burns the most calories, the fastest, but you must also do cardio. Activities like swimming will tone your body. You can also take supplements. The new one that everyone is talking about is resveratrol. I ve seen Dr. Oz, talk about it on tv, and it was on 60 min, so there a lot of buzz about it. Its suppose to help you to lose weight. Theres a lot of fake ones out there, but a vinomis is pretty reputable, the owner blogs a ton, and he went to Carnegie Melon, so hes a pretty smart guy.Overall, just watch you calorie intake. Use a calorie calculator that you can find online, to see how many calories you should have in order to be a certain weight. That plus working out, plus a good diet, will definitely get you to your goal. Its just going to take a lot of hard work. Good luck!

Any ideas on how to lose weight? -

Ok, im overweight some, and i need to lose some weight. Any ideas on how i might do so effectivly? Im 15 by the way, and yes, i actually am over weight. Im not some skinny little size 3 girl who thinks she is overweight. I just need ideas on how to lose this extra flub.

drink water, excersise, and greatly reduce your intake of food. eat until your not hungry anymore(not till your completly full) and eat slowly. you can also start a sport...its a fun way to excersise instead of boring walking

when you figure out tell me. and i know you are not really gonna read all of the first answer you got. god help us all.

I found this on this website. There are more tips and info.Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing. There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there s also the Jojo-effect.The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That s an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn t that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?More infomation the link: --http://www.loseweighthappy.info/index.php?option=com_content task=view id=187 Itemid=62Keep on doing your thing.Take care,:-)

Good weight loss tips? -

can someone please give me some good weight loss tips?i m 5 7 and weigh 192lbs (i know, it s bad) i currently avoid all soda and drink only water and i try and exercise at least 4-5 times a week (i do the elliptical machine)

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

I have lost 40 lbs. in 3 months and I know this will work. Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, eat your last meal 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. Do not starve yourself or your body will go into survival mode where anything you eat will be turned into FAT. This will help you a lot but if you want more results you can exercise 3-4 days a week, include weight training and especially cardio (walking especially running). If you set your mind to lose the weight you will lose it and when you start seeing how good you look you ll want to keep going.Good Luck

Weight loss tips 18 year old girl? -

Im 18 and I consider myself a thick girl. I wear a size 13 pants and a 38DD bra. I like my legs because they are big but i want to tone them. In leggings they look okay because you can only see the shape but in shorts my thighs have a little cellulite. I need to know what i can do to smooth my legs without losing too much weight off them. I also need some exercises to help lift my chest. Im heavy chested so my chest sags a little and i wanna know if there are some exercises i can do to give them a little perk. And lastly my tummy. My tummy isn t sloppy big but i have a little pooch in the front that needs to go. What are the best exercise to target these three areas. please help and thanks alot.

Well, maybe you shouldn t consider losing weight, but rather toning up. Crunches, sit-ups, running, bikings, brisk walking, light weight traing. Also, yoga and pilates might help, too.

For the legs, lie in bed and do random lifts with them, this works your upper legs and you abdomen.for your chest, hmm...probably lifting weights I guess...
