Okay so im 16 and overweight i need advice of how to lose weight in a healthy but fast way? -

i just need to figure out how to lose around 20 pounds a month so i can be a healthy weight for my height and age.

Well dream on because you can t possibly lose 20 pounds a month unless you are morbidly obese.Eat 5 to 6 small healthy meals a day, drink plenty of water and move.

you should drink lots of watereat salad with NO dressing and if you cant then put a lite dressingoccasionlly eat your favorite food in a small portionmake sure to excersize EVERY DAYtry some hobbies like snowboarding, or swimming[which ever part of the world your from]overall just cut down your intake and eat healthy =]

weightwatchersexerciseeat healthyya knowhow much overweight are you?

it is advisable to loose no more than 2 pounds a week. Drop 500 -600 less calories a day. you will slim down fast. lay off the @#$%^%^%%% ! soft drinks especially the diet ones these make you hungrier.

First you should go to a dietician he will give you a precise diet for your age and weight...... 2nd... Go to a gym

20 pounds per month for one isnt a healthy amount to be losing, you should be aiming for approx. 8-10 pounds per month. There are many reasons for this but the main is that if you lose weight at too fast of a rate the body does not have time to adjust (metabolism, liver, kidney and mostely skin) so IF you did lose it at 20 pounds per month you will find you will have a lot of loose excess skin which is not what you want at all.If you aim for 8-10 pounds you will be at a much healthier weight loss rate and your body will adjust much better and ultimately the results will be long term as opposed to losing it quick and putting it on quicker.A few suggestions:Try reducing your carb intake (white bread, pasta, rice etc) increase your protein (red meat) and fibre (oats, bran) intake this will help with metabolism as well as provide a good source of food for your muscles once you start working out. Aim to eat 5-6 meals per day with latest being approx 7pm. and ensure that your last meal of the day is smallest (metabolism slows down towards end of day)Exercise:Start with cardio (20min jogs 4 days per week) then in second week introduce a 20minute resistance strength session before your cardio (ab crunches, push ups, leg lifts, squats etc) and as you get more comfortable keep increasing the intensity, its always important to lift the level to keep your body adjusting and challenging this will keep the weight loss consistent. If you want more info on some nice healthy recipes or workouts i have some on my blog http://myfitmate.blogspot.com/ which i update daily so have a look.good luck.

Go to a gym. Also eat healthy foods and lots of water. Do excersize.

Don t! Please don t! The only way to lose weight that fast is by being bulimic or anorexic. I have been personally bulimic and it was definitely not the answer. Dont go through hell like I did.You need to write down what you eat usually everyday, and stop eating 500 calories worth of food. If you do this continuously, you can lose a pound or two every week. Even though it doesnt seem like a lot, it will add up. So in a month, you can lose 4 pounds. If you want to lose more pounds, exercise. Play DDR, run, jog, play a sport in school. Anything to keep you moving for at least half an hour everyday. But the most important thing, is that you need a friend to help you. Find someone who wants to lose weight, too, and ask them to be your Weight Loss Program Buddy! Someone to be with along the way who will continuously encourage you and stop you from eating those fatty foods will keep you on the road to weight loss. The only way to lose weight in a healthy way is taking it slowly.Best of luck

Eliminate all junk food from your diet, eat lots of fruits and vegetables as well as protein, and lift weights and do cardio at least 3 times per week.

Fruit and fruit juice for breakfast, no lunch and eat what you want for dinner. drink losts of water and walk a lot.

I ve got the best diet ever!!! and plus you don t even need to exercise too. and its quick easy and fast. I recieved it when my dad went into heart surgery he was over weight and he lost wieght and if you only need 20 lbs then you ll figure out the math on here you will only need it for about 1 month probably. 12 days on - 2 days offBreakfast1/2 Grapefruit or 4 oz. Grapefruit Juice (unsweetened)2 Eggs (any style)2 Slices BaconLunch1/2 Grapefruit or 4 oz. Grapefruit Juice (unsweetened)Meat (any style, any amount)Salad (any kind of dressing)Dinner1/2 Grapefruit or 4 oz. Grapefruit Juice (unsweetened)Meat (any style, any amount) (fish may be substituted for meat)Vegetables (any green, yellow, or red vegetables cooked in butter or any seasoning)Bed Time Snack1 glass tomato juice or 1 glass Skim milkVegetables AllowedRed onions, green onions, bell peppers, radishes, cucumbers, broccoli, spinach, lettuce, cabbage, carrots, peas.Vegetables to AvoidWhite onions, potatoes, celery.Instructions 1. At any meal you may eat until you are full - until you can t eat any more. 2. Don t eliminate anything from the diet, especially don t skip bacon at breakfast or omit salads. It is the combination of foods that burn fat. 3. The grapefruit is important because it acts as a catalyst that starts the burning process. 4. Cut down on caffeine - it affects the insulin balance that hinders the burning process. Try to limit to 1 cup per meal at mealtime. 5. Don t eat between meals. If you eat the combination of food suggested you will not be hungry. 6. Note that the diet completely eliminates sugar and starches, which are lipids and form fat. Fat doesn t form fat; it helps burn it. You can fry food in butter and use butter generously on vegetables. 7. Do not eat desserts, bread, and white vegetables or sweet potatoes. You may double or triple helpings of meat, salad, or vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed. The more you eat of the proper combination of food, the more you lose.

jog every night untill you think your gonna hurleat as little as possible, eating nothing but fruits and vegitablesand eat like 6 small meals a day =]

Running daily and controlling calorie intake. Swimming is another excellent choice of activity. 30-45 minutes of running or swimming every day or two days should see you right (providing you make lifestyle changes! - Cut down on sugar, fatty food, etc.)

Hi I have tried one program and it works on me and my friends. And the best part is you need not starve and you can eat 4 meals a day! If you follow the program, you should lose about 9 Ibs in 11 days. So 20 Ibs in a month... that s your target.Visit my webpage at http://www.fatlossfast.org to find out more. Dr Jo Johnson

~Aim towards 30 min of cario exercise a day. examples/ running on a treadmill, a jog around the block, biking, aerobics, step class, swimming laps, etc... ~Do ab work every day. It doesn t automatically get rid of the beer belly, but will tone your abs. I recommend 100 crunched (and 10 push ups) every day. Increase these numbers as you get stronger.~Meet with a personal trainer who will help a ton!!!~Find a fun aerobics tape and do it at home. Also try dance tapes, as this is a cardio activity that will burn calories~Always make sure a parent and/or doctor knows about your plans in case you get sick. Working out when you are overweight can cause fevers, headaches, stomach aches, and you could even pass out. If you have these symptoms you want an adult to be able to help you get better.~Don t aim for more than 2-4 pounds a week or you will be unhealthy. The first week of a healthy plan might result in losing a few more pounds, but that is water weight. Just don t expect those numbers every week~Weigh yourself once a week and keep track of your numbers. Weigh yourself at the same time, like right when you wake up. It sounds crazy, but the more you weigh the more likely you are to get an eating disorder.Always be healthy! I hope I helped. Happy 2008 ( :PS Try eating about 1,600 calories per day. Don t eliminate carbs or proteins. Try to eat lean meats (turkey, fish, chicken), vegetables (1-2 salads a day with little or no dressing, use light dressing), fruit (have 2 snacks, both containing a fruit and some nuts or granola), and carbs (whole wheat pastas or breads, whole grain bagels for breakfast), and reward yourself 1-2 times per week with a Skinny Cow ice cream dessert, a small slice of homemade cake, or a couple of cookies. Try keeping a food diary, write down everything you eat. It helps to have an accountability partner (friend, parent, sibling) who can look at your diary and help remind you and encourage you to stick to your goals.Good Luck!!!

You can easily type in on google Butt exercises or ab exercises and will come up with tons of things. Squats, and lunges are good workouts. You should definetly eat more healthy . Losing 20 pounds a month is almost impossible. You would have to really cut down on sugars, start eating more fruits and veggies and workout out an hour a day everyday. Good luck!

GOOD DIET GOOD EXERCISE AND GREEN TEA SUPPLEMENTS ALSO DRINK HOT GREEN TEA AND DRINK LOTS ANS LOTS OF WATER

How to lose weight? -

hi im 5 2 and 120 pounds, i have a very curvy figure but i want to lose weight and i do not know how, any good diet tips?

Remember fast weight loss is not permanent weight loss.Did you know that 1 pound of extra muscle will help you burn 50 calories per day? Then imagine what 6 pounds can do, yep 300 calories per day!I have lost 6kg (13lbs), 4 inches from my waist and 4 inches from my hips in 5 weeks.Have a look at my workouts here;http://disciplineorregret.wordpress.com/I hope this helps.Take care,Andrew

go to curves, they have very good recipes to choose from and a good gym. even if you reach the amount of weight you want to lose i would try to keep it up, i mean there is nothing to lose, except a few pounds. also if you are not busy try to run twice a day. you can do it if you try.

Why are you concerned with weight ? Muscle weighs more than fat. In fact, if you are toned and show muscle definition, chances are you ll weigh more than a person of similar size and body measurements, due to your higher amount of muscle mass. In a nutshell, do NOT judge your health by your weight! I ve seen a lot of obese people lose waistline measurements but become frustrated because they put on weight. They do not understand the simple concept that muscle weighs more than fat.If you do feel you want to lose an inch or so, trying working out in the mornings, prior to eating. Doing cardiovascular workouts just after rising are more beneficial than after 2-3 meals throughout the day. That is, you ll be burning fat, not the calories from the food you have eaten throughout the day. Good luck!

They key is not to stress out. The most common failure of weightloss regimes occurs when people get frustrated because they feel they are not losing weight fast enoough. In order to avoid this, you need to have realistic expectations.Healthy weightloss comes in at around 1-2 pounds a week. A lot of people don t understand--or even know-- about this. But it is HEALTHY, and that is the point. You need to cut out anything white. White food= processed food, and that s where a lot of people make mistakes. Limit your sugar, breads, candy, etc. Get rid of soda and greasy, fatty foods. The best thing to do is go through your refrigerator and throw away anything you think is unhealthy. Then go out and buy fruits, vegetable, fish, nuts, and beans. These will be your best friends! For exercise, I would recommend joining a sport or going to the gym with your friends. I was about twenty pounds overweight when i joined field hockey. i lost it all, and had a lot of fun in the process! I was just playing, and did not realize the transformation my body was going through. it s very hard to work out alone. it s easy to get discrouraged and lazy that way. Stay positive! You are thinking in the right direction. Just about how great you will feel and look!

Diets never work. They may for a brief period of time, but not in the long run. Also, never trust diet pills. All they do is dehydrate your body making you believe that you re losing weight when in reality you re just losing water. The best way to go is exercise. It s as simple as this: as long as you burn off the calories that you consume, you will lose weight. Of course, what you eat plays a big role on weight loss too... Try to eat 3 full meals/day with small snacks in between. The more often you feed yourself, the higher your metabolism will remain. It is a common misconception that the fewer meals you eat, the more likely you ll lose weight. What happens though is that your metabolism slows down because your body does not know when you ll feed it next, so it stores as much as it can to protect itself from starvation. Also, make sure that all of your meals are well balanced. For example, for breakfast (which is the most important meal of day), have some eggs, or egg whites only if you choose, fruit, oatmeal, or bran cereal. For lunch, a turkey or chicken breast sandwich on multi-grain bread is a good choice. Do not use whole wheat bread. People always assume that because the words whole and wheat are in it, they re good for you. In reality, it s just as nutritional for you as white bread, the only difference is the color. For dinner make sure you stick with lean meats, fish, and veggies. If you like rice or pasta, make sure that it s brown rice or whole grain pasta. Try to limit your carbohydrate intake as much as possible if you re not working out. Because what isn t used will be stored as fat.As far as snacks go, avoid those high in fat, especially saturated fats (chips, cookies, etc.). Fruit and vegetables are the way to go. If you have a craving for sweets at any point, dark chocolate is actually good for you (in moderation, of course). As far as working out goes, running is the best for cardiovascular fitness. If you have weak joints, try swimming or the eliptical machine, if you go to the gym. Lifting weights (high repititions and low weight: e.g., 3 sets of 12 reps) is good for losing weight because the more muscle you build, the more fat your body will burn. The only downside to weights is that you have to be patient. Muscle weighs more than fat so you may be gaining weight on the scale but in reality you re losing fat in process, so in the end you re losing the good weight! =)Last tip of the day: never rely on scales as your source of progression. It s not only discouraging, it doesn t take into account your muscle and bone mass. The best way to monitor your weight loss is by your waist size. Do your pants still fit you or are they looser now?Anyway, nutrition and fitness are such elaborate topics. I could go on all day about different facts and methods in losing weight. If there s anything else you want to know just ask. Good luck!

Try to get more information on dieting, weight loss articles, health and fitness articles, weight loss forum and BMI calculator at my profile and get the advise from them to lose weight fast and healthy.

I don t recommend going on a diet. Diets don t work. It s best just to watch what you eat. I wouldn t consume more than 1,500 calories in a day. Using a treadmill or going for a jog everyday would help you get in shape. Just don t starve yourself or crash diet. I m 5 2 also and I understand how easy it is to put on weight.

How to lose weight fast? -

Hello, any advise would be greatly appreciated!I am 5 2 and I weigh 139! I really feel uncomfortable with all the weight that i have gained (9lbs)I really need an effective way to lose the weight. I know that dieting and excersie are the answer but I need insperation to lose the weight. what foods should I eat?if I ran a mile, did a 10 min pilate ab video, 50 push ups and 50 lunges 5 days a week would that help me loose the weight?Help!

Any form of cardio preformed at a higher intensity will drop your body fat fast and effectively. Given the nature of such a rigorous exercise, the exercise itself is broken up into intervals, giving it the name high intensity interval training. Interval training routines are usually taught in the more recent and proven fitness programs. The benefits behind a higher intensity workout make such a routine much more powerful than a traditional low intensity workout. It is known to boost metabolism and increase the maximum amount of oxygen your body can take in during a workout. Both these elements will greatly aid fat loss.It is important not to neglect your diet though, as it is a major component in the weight loss process. If you have enough dedication, it is best to eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day. This will land you at five or six small meals a day. The key in diet is lean protein. Almost every meal should contain some source of lean protein. Due to the fact that protein requires much more energy to digest than carbohydrates, this will significantly increase your metabolism. In addition, make sure to cut out any soft drinks in your diet and replace it with water. Drinking a lot of water is also a great way to assist you in your weight loss goals. If you stick to a legitimate fitness routine then you will without a doubt drop the weight. Just remember that this will take a lot of dedication, but you will eventually reach your goal. I suggest looking at a few of the proven fitness routines recommended at http://www.realfitnessmatters.com

drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you ll gain everything back, trust me.eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like chicken breast.skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.if you feel hungry, but don t want to over eat, chew gum. it ll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!and don t forget to exercise!try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.good luck!

The best diet ive used is calorie counting making sure the diet is healthy and I dont have to go through hunger pains. As long as you do regular exercise daily that doesnt mean killing yourself running. Then you can lose as much as you want. im overweight but not obese?

The very best way to lose weight is portion control. Eat several small meals throughout the day, every two hours if possible. Take a fast walk every single day and try Winsor Pilates, it is great to tone your entire body.

I am part of a program that has helped thousands of people release extra weight. It is a total body cleanse, wellness program. Please check it out. The best website is www.isamovie.com. Watch Are You Toxic and Cleansed for Life. Also watch the 100 Pound Club. I am not implying that you have that much weight to lose, but there are amazing testimonials in that video. Please email me for more information. I would love to give you more resources, answer questions, and if you are interested...get you started! I have had 2 children in the last two years and just don t have a whole lot of time for a lot of exercise, nor a lot of time to worry about dieting and calories. In five weeks I have lost 18 pounds, and about 25 inches! I got thousands of stories just like mine. I look forward to communicating with you!

You need to do cardio type exercises like treadmill... to burn off the calories. That would do the trick and also watch what you eat and the amount you eat per portion.

I am 14 yr old boy and i really wanna lose about 15 pounds. i weigh about 160. wut are some really good ways i can lose that amount before summer starts?? i dont like to be seen like this.

stop sitting on the computer all the time !!walking every day 30 - 45 mins per day stop eating junk!! drink lots of watercut bread after 10 am and cut fruit for about 8 weeks then stick to one piece of friut per day

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it. Then also try to find a well balance diet program. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days. It might be the thing you are looking for, I know it s well balanced. If you want e-mail me and I can tell you more about either of these.

You should burn more calories than you take in.3)I know you must be tired of people telling you that you should exercise to burn the fat but it s a fact- you have to do it. Here are some FYI TIPS, you may find useful!***WATER: WATER is VERY important! You should drink an extra 8oz, for every 20-25 pounds you want to lose on top of the regular amount of 8 glasses you should drink daily. If you are exercising you ll need to increase this!***To lose weight more efficiently and effectively, stop eating 2-3 hours before bedtime. This allows your body to become a fat burning machine throughout the night, instead of trying to process what you ve just eaten. That feeling in your belly (of hunger), is the body going into to fat burning mode, you want that! That is the key to the ignition so to speak! Also, you should eat breakfast, this also sort of jumpstart your body s metabolism. You can also try: http://www.fitnessmagazine.com they ve got all kinds of great exercises you can choose from and they even do demonstrations of them!***COOL DOWN: Cooling down, having a cool down session after working out prevents blood pulling to occur, which cause you to be more sore. Walking around or stretching ~10-15 minutes should be sufficient! :-D***FOR EXERCISES: Try 20-45mins (whatever you can do) daily, or as many as you can, (something is always better, than nothing at all!!) of some cardio of your choice. Maybe running/jogging, dancing, bike, etc. (yes, dancing can be great cardio- just throw on some favorite music and let it rip! Its fun and you control it! :-D Best time to exercises is the morning, first thing! When you do this you jumpstart your metabolism for the day. Just GET/BE/STAY ACTIVE this is really good and important for a healthy body!***Make sure you have enough and proper protein in your diet! This is important! Chicken, seafood, meats you can get these as lean meats and make these as good choices in your meal plan.***PLAN AHEAD: My husband and I plan our meal ahead of time. We discuss the day before what are plan for the next day is so we pretty much already know what the deal is and what it s going to be for the next day. We don t have to guess and wonder, we re already prepared. I can t tell you how wonderful this little sucker is, it helps sooo much!Know what s on the menu for you tomorrow!***Look for inch loss, which is a wonderful thing. Sometimes you lose in inches and not actual weight. Take your measurements and pay attention to how your clothes fit you! That is a really good indicator that something s happening!***Strength training is also good! But, be careful and don t over do it. Too much can make you gain weight in bulk muscle; muscle weighs more that fat!***Take a look at http://www.caloriesperhour.comGo to the Activity Calculator, and you can find out according to your specific age, gender, height and weight, how many calories you burn doing all kinds of activities! It s cool simple, I like the site! :-D***It takes 3500 calories to gain a pound and a loss of/deficit of 3500 to lose a pound!****If you have a bad day or an off day, it s better to eat the bad foods as early in the day as possible, that way you have a lot longer time to burn it of than just a few hours at night before bed!! Also, eat you bigger meals earlier, in this same regard of burning it off! * 3 days ago * - Edit * - DeleteSource(s):check out thebiggestloser and weightwatchers both have great free info!! good luck!!

How to lose weight fast, easy, and free? -

im 13 almost 14 years old. i weigh about 180 pounds. i want to be at least 105 pounds by september 2 2008. i really need help and it has to be free and easy. so please help me!!!!!!!!!

I m a 12 year old boy and I am what you may consider as a helath freak . I almmost never have fried foods and ALWAYS eat healthy foods . The device I give to you is the real deal . First of all , if you are someone who drinks either WHOLE or 2 % milk , get it out of the house !!!!! I recomend 1% or Skim (Fat Free) . I recomend running or fast walking - try to build some muscle while you are at it . Muscle can burn many calories . Stay away from foods with alot of fat and sugar . I am in perfect shape and weigh around 100 pounds - I don t want to burst your bubble , but you might not get to 105 pounds , although I promise you WILL lose alot of weight if you stick to the plan . Make sure you tell your parents to just keep the fatty foods out of the house - if you dont have it , you wont crave for it . Also DO NOT drink Diet ANYTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It slows your metabolisim down to almost nothing and can even make you gain weight . DRINK WATER . Here are some suggestions :-Stay away from all meat except for GRILLED CHICKEN (NOT CHICKEN NUGGETS )-Stay away from heavy foods like fries and oily things-If your at McDonalds order a grilled chiken sandwhich with no fries and NO MAYO and soda , if had in moderation soda is OK I you have any questions just text me and I will tell you more GOOD LUCK :-)* Also eat until your ALMOST full and dont over eat*NEVER skip meals

funny my goal is similar I m 190 and i want to get to 127 I ll tell you what I m doing but bear in mind that everyone is built differently so what works for me may not work for you. and you want to lose a lot of weight and if you don t lose as much as you want don t get down, just think of the weight you did lose rather than the weight you didn t OK ready...i work out at the gym from 6-7 in the morningi walk to all my classes (yes I m still in school)i eat a healthy diet (per meal) 1 grain 2 vegtables 2 fruits 1 protein 1 glass of milk/wateri know it sounds like a lot but make sure to proportion it and you ll do fine (note i eat nuts, eggs, yogurt or peanut butter for protein because i don t eat meat or fish)i hope this helped good luck

Breakfast: *Remember that breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day, up to 700 calories is still healthy for a man1. 3 egg whites2. 1 cup of fat free or low fat milk3. 1 piece of whole wheat toast4. 1 cup fresh or frozen berriesAM Snack:*Remember, snacks should be frequent but healthy1. 1 handful of walnuts2. 1 Polly string cheeseLunch:*Lunch should be at around 1:00 each day, because any change in the schedule could mess up your metabolism1. Grilled chicken or turkey sandwich on wheat bread with provolone cheese2. 1 serving of carrots and broccoli3. 1 peachPM snack:*Remember, eat until you are no longer hungry, but not until you are full1. 1 apple2. 1/2 serving of multi grain wheat thinsDinner:*Dinner should be the smallest meal of the day, and should be full of pure protein with no carbs at all1. Some sort of grilled fish (salmon is always good)2. 1 serving of a green vegetableDessert:*Dessert should be enjoyed every other day, and in small quantities1. Cut up a banana into circular pieces and drizzle 1 tablespoon Light Hershey s Chocolate Sauce over themOnce you do this or something very similar for 2 weeks, and have lost some weight, you are ready to start with the working out part of this plan. Start with some walking 5 times a week, 1 mile at a time. Then slowly add jogging to 2 of those 5 days. That way you are jogging 2 miles and walking 3 each weak. Then add the jogging to 1 more day, but on that day, jog 2 miles. Work your way up to jogging 3 miles 3 times a week, and walking 2 miles twice a week.

You DO NOT need to lose that much weight, trust me. A normal weight for someone your age would probably be more around 120. You should eat healthy and excersize but be realistic. You don t want to do any severe dieting because then once you get back to your normal eating schedule you ll gain the weight back. My suggestion is that you cut out dessert like foods from your diet. Have a lot of vegetable. Eat a little under 2000 calories a day. Avoid juice and soda and try to drink only water and milk.Go for walks each day and maybe do a few crunches each day to tone up. You ll probably start to see a difference within a matter of a week without resulting to extreme and unhealthy dieting. You re young and your diet should be very nutritious.

I have to agree with Maria that you need to talk with your parents and a doctor. But if you are going to do this yourself remember these important facts. 1. You did not get where you are in a couple of months, so you will probably be doing this for a while. 2. Drink a glass of water before each meal so you will eat less. Cutting out the sodas(if you drink them) is a big help. You take in ALOT of calories by drinking soda. 3. Get in the mindset that you re not eating to be full, but eating a proper amount for nutrition. There s a big difference between eating to be full and eating for nutrition. Many people that I share this information with don t think of it the way I do. Most people eat to be full. 4. Activity. Be more active. Burn off the calories you take in. It may seem hard at first, but don t give up. You can do anything you set your mind to. The human brain is the most incredible organ in your body. 5. Set reachable or achievable goals and write them on a calender or some place that you can see it everyday. Use it as a reminder of what it is you want to achieve. Even if you don t reach your goal by the time you want (75 pounds in two months is NOT healthy) you can see your progress. Hope this helps.

hey there :) as someone who struggled with my weight sicne i was young it has been a challenge. but do not get discouraged. excersice is very impotant and i have learned that things that get your heart pumping help the best ex. jump roping and running as fast as you can then stopping for a minute then running again.these don t have to be long periods of time even ten min three times a day. also try to choose healthier foods. little changes can make a great outcomes good luck you can do it

First you need to get up and move around. Go for walks and not be so lazy. Excersise is the best along with your diet. Watch what you eat and I don t mean as it goes in your mouth either!! The time of day is very important too, like mornings EAT and at bedtime DON T eat. If you must eat some fruit that you like. Change your habits and rutines. It won t happen over nite, but you ll notice it and when you do you ll like it and want to keep with it!! I speak for example, I ve lost 130 lbs. in 18 mos. and look great! Have a good summer and get out there!!!!! You can do it, you have to try!!!!!

Jessy, you are not going to lose 75 pounds in two months. If you truly want to lose weight, you need to sit down with your doctor and parents to decide on a healthy, age appropriate weight-loss plan. You are too young to attempt this on your own. Good luck.

You can t really. Anything worth a whole lot takes a whole olt of effort. eat healthy and exercise. I have been working out for about a month and i already see amazing results. you can do it!

Proper diet and exercise regime.

eat healthy... go to LOTS of exercisey summer camps... join sports teams... go on walks/jogs/runs.... go outside and have fun!!!

TELL ME YOUR DIET PLANS AND HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST!? -

How does anyone lose weight FAST? I need to lose pounds fast and a lot of them each week......Please give me some advice or tips on how to diet, or tell me your diet plans. Tell me the calories you eat and what you eat everyday, as well as routines, etc. Exercise and all that crap lol... I need some help, I m dying to lose weight, and lose a lot of it FAST in a couple of weeks!

I lost quite a lot of weight in a few months just from changing my daily routine. If u fit it into ur lifestyle it REALLY can work. I didn t even realise until my clothes stopped fitting me so..DON T EAT MORE THAN 2500 CALORIES PER DAY!1) ABANDON YOUR CAR (if u have 1) chose to walk as much as u can and get as much EXERCISE as possible2) cut back on fatty foods 3) Try the upside down diet where u eat a large meal in the morning, this will sustain u throughout the day while u will burn off the caloriesThen eat something LIGHT for lunch and dinner as u tend to burn off less in the evening4) stick to foods like brown bread/rice - keep u going for longerBut whatever u do, don t starve yourself or cut back on foods that r necessary like carbs. This makes ur body react in a strange way. ur metabolism rate will slow down making u store glucose and u really will get fatter.Oh and good luck :)

MY WAY IS THE HEALTHY, NATURAL WAY...It all revolves around your metabolism and what you eat -Drink green tea daily -Eat small portions frequently throughout the day -Try to fit at least 20 min of cardio a day -Take a table spoon of Apple Cider Vinegar before and after each meal (If you are consistent you can lose a pound a week) -Eating fruit and organic-no flavor cheerios for breakfast -An apple a day truly does help -I know it s cheesy but you also need the right attitude -And if you re willing to do anything to lose weight,INTENSE PILATESThe average intake is 2,000 calories, so it helps to keep track of everything you eat in a day with a food journal.I hope my advice helps!

hiya, i lost 10pounds in a week.it was hard going but this is what i had in a day,i had the same every day for 1 week.2 weetabix cup of tea no sugar, 3 slices toast marmite glass water ,apple plenty water melon, cup coffee.small mash potatoes.chicken breast in the oven, not fry-ed,as much water in between meals.i had that all week and lost weight10lbs.im still on the diet, but don t need too lose much more weight.i just got use to eating what i ate when i lost the weight.im still losing weight, but not as much.

It is not good for your body to lose significant amounts of fat at one time, it may cause saggy skin lolAlso weight watchers are good for more time but there is special remedies you can get in places like Julian Graves that help.Rule out all sugary drink and don t snack in between meals will really help.

http://community.livejournal.com/proanor^^^^^^^^^^this is how people lose weight fast, and unhealthily. If you do it this way, it will come back as soon as you so much as look at a twinkie. The best way is to burn more calories than you eat (with a low cal diet, and healthy food) through exercise. http://www.mypyramid.gov/^^^^this site will tell you exactly what to eat with the amount of exercise you do to lose weight, and it is very helpful. Also, you feel great, instead of all sick and weak.

Im in the exact same position and not sure how to get out of it either i need to lose weight and want it off fast so many differentdiets ect though i never know what one to follow so im sticking to drinking plenty of water and i been doing star jumps before breakfast and walking 15 mins a day ive only been doing this for 2 days but i feel much better already.Only eat foods that u jnow where its came from example - potatoes, chicken, fish with no added bits just natural!lots of fruit and veg!

i know this sounds corny and all but you should diet, you should chose a new life style. basically just eat in moderation. eat more fruits and veggies and dont be stupid and keep track of calories and this and that. just make sure you done eat garbage like candy, and chips and things like that. dont drink soda...u should just exersice like run and what not daily and be active. just dont go throwing up in ur bathroom every morning becuz ur soo desperate to lose weight. kick it old school and do whats better for ur body. u may not see results RIGHT AWAY but it wil catch up with u. dont stress about it. thats the 1 thing u need to keep in mind.

All you need to do is excercise. Dieting takes time. Its not somthing you can put off. Don t go on a certain diet. Excercise 30-60 minutes at least three times a week and maybe every day. Make healthy choices. Don t eat sweets and eat LOTS of fruit and vegetables. You will lose wait. Hope I helped,M. Mouse

My wife was sort of in the same predicament as you. She was just looking to lose a few pounds too, and she seemed to be always on the run. She said the same thing about the heat, and not wanting to go outside. She actually found a really good way to stay at home with the little one and work out, especially her core. She found this book online written by a personal trainer that she says helped out tremendously. I think he has some sort of diet book out now too. Hope that helped. Take care.http://www.revolutionaryabs.com

always keep a food diary, you will be surprised how much you eat without realising it, have a healthy low fat breakfast, go for a walk, eat a decent dinner, like chicken and veg, never use salt it retains water making you look bloated, and dont eat any carbs after 6 o clock, thats no rice, pasta, potatos, have a salad or soup, i learnt this from a gym owner she is 46 and still has a body to die for, really,

join a weight watchersclass, theres good support from other members. You dont have to give any foods up at all and you normally lose 2 lbs a week, thats 8lbs a month not bad. also go walking, its a free form of exercise.

just eat slightly less than you normally do, not so much that you starve, and go to a gym everyday, or every couple of days for a few hours

Drink yazoo lol no realy Drink Water about 10 glass every day And EAT BREAK FAST this is importantAnd do press ups eat more bread than fish and like that no Milk no yougurt Only water or Orange Joice Salad 10 GB each day

Just exercise for 60-90min a day. And ddon tstop eating or you will loose your energy and all your extra fat will get stored and you will get fatter

follow this link its good for motivationlivejournal.com

You will not lose weight in a couple of weeks, unless you starve yourself to death, technically decomposition can be counted as weight loss? You have to EAT HEALTHY, and EXCERCISE!!!!!!!! Its more about a lifestyle change than anything else. For a healthy diet, you need to be eating small to medium meals regularly. 4 or even 5 times a day. Each meal (apart from breakfast which should preferably be fibre rich), should contain a balanced ammount of carbohydrates for energy, (from potatoes, rice and pasta, etc) protien (from fish, chicken, occassional red meat is fine, soya is good too) and plenty of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (simple fresh fruit and veg). Eat like this and make sure you are well hydrated (fruit juice is as good as water, any fluid counts, but some fluids have negative effects too, such as alcohol or caffiene rich drinks.)You can have a wide range of healthy meals with this, from Thai, Chinese, Italian, British, Indian, etc. Just make sure each meal contains balanced ammounts of these three. This doesn t mean you cant have chocolate or pizza/takeaway/etc, just save them as very occassional treats. The big secret to keeping a healthy weight and staying healthy is EXCERCISE, particularly cardio excercise (running, swimming, cycling, etc).Cardio exercise will not only burn calories and reduce your body fat levels, but will also improve your resting heart rate and lung function, making you healthier.Strength training will help you strengthen and tone your muscles. Heavy weights with short reps/sets will build your fast twitch muscle fibres and build size, power and strength, but if you use light to medium weights with lots of reps/sets, you wont build size, but you will tone up your body and train muscle endurance. This will obviously make you look healthier and more toned, but will also increase your metabolism (as your muscles demand more energy) so you will burn calories faster. As far as excercise goes, you should aim to strike a balance between cardio training and strength training, this way you will build good strong and toned muscle, but also keep your body fat levels down and increase your heart and lung performance, making you much fitter and healthier.Hope this helps.
