How do I lose weight quick? -

I think I am really fat. Girls are making fun of me for it. I need your help on how to lose weight fast. I also need your help to eat healthy I am not that fat but I think I am.

actually you can lose weight by not exercising, but I need to emphasize that exercising is the best way to start losing weight fast. Have you heard of fatloss4idiots, it is basically a program the tell you what to eat and as a result you will start losing weight fast. 9 pounds every 11 days. count calories and keep them at 1200-1500 a day. your a bit heavier so maybe start of THE MOST at 1800. dont drink anything but water, a lot of unknown calories come from drinks.fill up on fruits and veggies!eat very healthy.can t you go walking at all? thats like working out but not vigorous. if you are allowed to do that i would suggest 30m-1hr a day

No, not really sorry. You re better off going on walks or running or exercise, and hot choco and grilled cheese is just not what you eat to lose weight, nto o mentions crackers. You have no protein, no real nutrients other than the fat from the cheese...just, no.

skip the hot chocolate, try having some fruit in the morning, and the for lunch, try a salad with veggies/ fruits, and water, and for dinner something like some salad and a bagal, also, try jump roping or jumping on a tramopline, its mroe fun, and your hart rate goes up faster, wich is a good sign that your are going to be more healthy

I want to lose weight really fast and easy? -

LIke i want to lose a lot before i go back to school and before i go school shopping But I love to eat and I im kinda lazy, So im trying to figure out how to lose weight, I will exercises im just not seeing any progress. I just want to see results right away?

For example, why eat refined grains, when you can eat whole grains. Why eat refined sugar, when you can get natural sources of sugar from a high nutrient whole food like fruit. Why eat highly processed, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils (these are THE worst thing in the modern diet), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organically raised meat, and so forth. The point is to not fall for some gimmick like low carbs, low fat, high protein, or any other combination that has you focusing on one macronutrient vs. another. Your body needs all macronutrients to thrive and obtain a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. Trying to cut an entire food group out just works against what your body needs.Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. It sounds like you re already getting good exercise, so that s already half of it. I worked with a trainer for a few months and rather then having me on a strict special diet (because those are hard to stick to anyways) He advised me to just cut our soda and any fried foods. Going on a strict special diet for one.. may be expensive, two... may be hard to stick to, and three... you may not get all the food and fuel you need for your active lifestyle. Cutting out soda and fried foods alone (fries, chips, doughnuts, etc.) You can still eat most of things you love, and you ll start to lose that extra belly! :-)

How to lose weight????????? -

I need to shed fat and build muscle. I weigh in every week and I m in a competition, so it really counts for something. It s twelve weeks and I have about 80 lbs to lose total. (I know that I won t lose 80 lbs in 12 weeks but I need to get a good jumpstart on it in that amount of time)

I know you probably don t like running (who does), but it is the most efficient way of exercise to build muscle and burn fat. One trick I use when I m trying to cut down on what I eat is that I can only have the equivalent of one serving each of any of the food I eat, apart from fruit and veges. That way I can t eat too much because I don t have that much of a variety of food in my fridge. Also, I found that dinner was the meal that I was putting on the most weight from. Not only was dinner a much bigger meal than any other for my family, but it was always a lot higher in calories - since rice, potatoes, bread, etc are good sources of energy, but also therefore high in calories. I found that it was actually better in the long run to start eating afternoon tea because then I wasn t so hungry for dinner. They say that there s no secret food trick when dieting, but I disagree. I think that everyone has a different trick. For instance, I find that when I eat a certain type of food which I haven t eaten in a while then it fulls me up for a very long time, probably because my body is trying to remember how to digest it lol.Don t deprive yourself of food when you are genuinely hungry, because then your body will go into survivor mode and will save any food that you do eat as fat, because it doesn t know when the next meal is coming from. You should eat something small every three hours.Drink lots of water, since our bodys often give us the same message for both hunger and thirst. Water has no calories, so don t worry that it will make you gain weight.What some people don t seem to realise is that chocolate doesn t neccesarily = fat, and apples don t neccesarily = skinny. By all means, eat the chocolate - but then that will make up for something else that you would normally have eaten later. Cut down on your carbs, fats. Eat more of a protein and vegetable diet. For exercise: Do cardio or interval training. Classes at the gym that are cardio classes help alot.
