How to lose weight????????? -

I need to shed fat and build muscle. I weigh in every week and I m in a competition, so it really counts for something. It s twelve weeks and I have about 80 lbs to lose total. (I know that I won t lose 80 lbs in 12 weeks but I need to get a good jumpstart on it in that amount of time)

I know you probably don t like running (who does), but it is the most efficient way of exercise to build muscle and burn fat. One trick I use when I m trying to cut down on what I eat is that I can only have the equivalent of one serving each of any of the food I eat, apart from fruit and veges. That way I can t eat too much because I don t have that much of a variety of food in my fridge. Also, I found that dinner was the meal that I was putting on the most weight from. Not only was dinner a much bigger meal than any other for my family, but it was always a lot higher in calories - since rice, potatoes, bread, etc are good sources of energy, but also therefore high in calories. I found that it was actually better in the long run to start eating afternoon tea because then I wasn t so hungry for dinner. They say that there s no secret food trick when dieting, but I disagree. I think that everyone has a different trick. For instance, I find that when I eat a certain type of food which I haven t eaten in a while then it fulls me up for a very long time, probably because my body is trying to remember how to digest it lol.Don t deprive yourself of food when you are genuinely hungry, because then your body will go into survivor mode and will save any food that you do eat as fat, because it doesn t know when the next meal is coming from. You should eat something small every three hours.Drink lots of water, since our bodys often give us the same message for both hunger and thirst. Water has no calories, so don t worry that it will make you gain weight.What some people don t seem to realise is that chocolate doesn t neccesarily = fat, and apples don t neccesarily = skinny. By all means, eat the chocolate - but then that will make up for something else that you would normally have eaten later. And just because apples are low in calories doesn t mean that if you eat a whole bagful you aren t going to gain weight.Good luck for your competition, hope I helped :-)

People think that losing weight is some mythical thing, but its simply burning more calories than you are taking in. Just as how spending less money than you make in turn makes you richer. Cut down on your carbs, fats. Eat more of a protein and vegetable diet. For exercise: Do cardio or interval training. Classes at the gym that are cardio classes help alot.

explosive cardio is key, sprints, stairs, and hill runs is your best bet. also doin this first thing in the morning is best because you burn up to 300% more fat when you first wake up. and of coarse watch what you eat and eat 5 small meals a day instead of like 2 big ones keep your metabolism going.

When i wanted to lose weight and i did not wanna diet, i just ate whatever i wanted but in smaller portions, also i hate excersizing but i knew i needed to, so i started pilates, lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks doing that. i hope it helps(:

I went on an all liquid diet for about 2 weeks??My friend wants me to be her maid of honor in her wedding and I want to look good! You will definetaly lose weight. But just be careful that from depriving yourself you don t go on a binge. That often happens if you deprive for too many days. I think just eating soups would be a good plan. Good luck

I d say 120 at 5 4 is the perfect weight but to each their own.. guys like a little bit of curves :) Anyways, you can lose weight and still look really hot; by running and eating a low fat diet, maybe drinking some unsweetened green tea three times a day, that usually does the trick.

You can t spot loose. The good news is you don t need to loose any weight. If anything you might want to tone these areas with some strength training. But realistically, you may never get these areas the way you want them.

You should NEVER lose weight for a guy! If he don t like you for who you are then you don t need him. point blank period. But excercise for your own sake!

yep def possible u should lose weight at league 2 to 4 pounds a week if ur on a right diet just replace ur breakfast with fruit and drink milk.. lunch have an aplle a turkey sandwich and water dinner... have a sub sandwich or a grilled burger grilled stuff isnt fatining... jus thave a lequesine or however u speel it squeeze in 50 abs in the morning afternoon and at night then when the day is over drink a half a jug of water then save the other half for tomorrow

im going on vacation for a week and i d like to lose belly fat. And other fat. But it seems whenever you go on a vacation you GAIN weight..so are there any tips out there? exercises i can do? any help is nice.

I went on vacation earlier this summer and ran for 30 minutes in the morning, then came back and rested a little bit, and had a good size breakfast. We walked around a lot and I ate small portions of food because after working out that morning I wasn t very hungry the rest of the day.

well if there is a pool i would say swimming is helpful,gym/spa work out a little. But food at resturants are fatty so if you plan on eating out the whole time just make the best decsions you can such as salads or no appetizers and just your meal.and before you do go to sleep take a few minutes to do ab excercises.all i can say. good luck.

Jog around the block a few times. Do excercises in the hotel room. Also, you may want to think about doing some fun activities that can help you burn calories and sweat. also, carry water all the time! When ever you feel hungry take a drink of water for like every 10 minutes. 1/3 of the time when we say I m hungry is actually thirst. Hope this helps!

Well I know what you mean about the cold. i live in Nebraska! I look at everything as a chance to exercise. I run in place while watching tv. I go up in down the stirs as often as possible. I do knee bends while on the phone. I walk around the house when I m on the phone also. I just try to put a little exercise in most of the regular things I do.

It s actually wicked idea to go outside and have an activity called: SNOW FIGHT. It s cool as you would have to run and thus lose some weight! But Be Aware! SNOW FIGHTS ARE ADDICTIVE! You want more and more! :). I Guarantee You Will Lose Some Weight like that.
