. Stop eating high caloried foods! Don t eat crap all day..its okay to eat icecream or cake or something once in a while, but dont eat a lot of it.2. Try eating salad and exercise regularly in a week , make sure you drink water 2hours before every meal and never skip breakfast, apparently its best to do excersise in the morning before you eat because it gets your metabolism going and digests food quicker. Also you should eat you fruits first before your meal like the french because that also helps you food digest better and quicker.try eating a big breakfast , a medium lunch and a light dinner , and most of all do not snack in between meals. well the safe reccomendation is to lose 2 pounds per week.try going on runs paired with a healthy diet. If you are going to be excersing lots, do not try the atkins diet because it is low carb and you need carbs for energy. - FIRST FOREMOST - TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR!!- Then I Suggest you drink 8-10 eight ounce glasses of water every day- Do some sort of Cardiovascular Exercise every day (i.e. walk, bike, swim, run, use a machine - elliptical, treadmill, etc....)- Every second day (IMPORTANT) - lift some weight. Start going to the gym or at home do squats, push ups, crunches, lunges, calf raises, buy a barbell and start lifting it. The problem is NOT losing weight - it is GAINING weight!! Muscle burns more calories than fat!! If you don t build some muscle you may lose weight but you could be losing fat, as well as muscle, water weight etc.... You also will not have changed your TENDENCY to Gain weight. The ONLY way to do that is to build muscle (I am not saying be a bodybuilder) and to boost your metabolism!! Just a note... When you lift weight - muscle weighs more than fat so you probably wont see much weight go down (you may even gain a few pounds - OF MUSCLE (not fat). But you will see your clothes get smaller as you lose inches because muscle is more dense and smaller and takes up less space than fat.
