im a thick girl meaning i have big thighs and hips...i really want to lose weight fast mainly in my thighs...and arms...i never have time to exercise and i dread running..i really do..will workout dvds be as effective as regular exercise? o ya im taking acai trim to assist me : -D

Ok Acai is a wondrful berry, higher in antioxidants than blue berries. But it sounds to me you bought into the hype that it ll help you lose weight. First if you already haven t, switch to diet soda. That made me lose at least 10 pounds in the first month because i drank so many! Diet Dr. Pepper is my favorite, that s the only one i found that doesn t taste diety. But water would be a better choose. Then i eat lean cuisine meals. Well first of all, losing weight FAST is the WRONG answer because if you lose it fast you will gain it quicker! I suggest the low carb diet or no carb diet. Cut out breads,pastas, and potatoes. do not starve yourself!!!!!!!!!! that man should be shot for saying that to a 12 year old! how tall are you? if you want to know how much you SHOULD weigh, you can google search a BMI calculator. it matches your height to how much you should weigh. now, if your looking to drop a quick 10 pounds, you can go on the slim-fast diet. but, the thing with that diet is you drop 5-10 pounds in like 2 weeks, but you gain it back just as fast. another good program that i did when i was 12 was weight watchers. i lost about 20 pounds on that. you should consider that. thats probably the best way to go at your age. best of luck!!!

I am no one to be telling....but I recommend the Atkin`s Diet.. Which is where you can eat as much fat as you want ( steak, eggs, cheese....etc.) But you cut out carbs completely (breads, pastas, etc.) This is a very hard diet because the body craves complex carbs. But, however, you loose the weight much faster. I also recommend a well-planned exercise routine 3-5 times a week.
