How do i lose weight quickly? -

If you lose weight quickly it ll make you ill and it ll all go back on once you stop the regime

The best thing I have found that really speeds up my progress goes by a name called substrate utilisation , it s a big word but not difficult to master. When you exercise at a rate of 60% of your maximum heart rate your body will use your fat as energy, this can only happen at a low intensity and when you have fasted for at least 6 hours. Obviously the ideal and best time to do this is first thing in the morning, go for a brisk 45 minute walk before breakfast, do this 2 or 3 times a week and after a while you will really see the difference.

Eat Healthy, Drink Lots of Water, and Workout.. Lots of cardio

Anyone can tell me anything about Herbalife weight loss program? -

I ve tried so many diets and pills and exercise routines and nothing has worked and I need to lose about 40 pounds before christmas. Has anyone had any positive experience with this products?

I have been on the program for two years. Before the program I was overweight had high blood pressure and I had low energy. After I started I lost 35 pounds during the holidays and I threw away my blood pressure medication and I have more energy to do the things I love. Herbalife has a kit to lose weight; it is a combination of the powdered protein drink and pills. I did lose weight with the program as long as I followed the regimin and did not stray off of the proper herbalife procedures. They give you vitamins with the kit and also recipes for the protein powder so that it is tastier. You can even make puddings and pies from the recipes and have good results in weight loss. It is not a miracle though; it still takes exercise and time to get results. I found it to be a little expensive as I continued to use the product. If you can find an herbalife dealer in your area; you usually can get the promotions and specials, buying on-line is really expensive with the shipping and handling.

Well I can t say that it is the best stuff out there but herbalife is usally a powder drink that you add water or juice etc. too. Herbalife will work but you have to help it. Somepeople REPLACE MEALS WITH HERBALIFE BUT BE CAREFULL. You should at least have one regular meal a day. Also exercise for about 10 to 20 min.s a day and that should help.

Does it effect my weight loss program if I am doing body building at the same time? -

I am 17 but 250 lbs I want to kill my weight and I am working on a diet program with body building, will it have negative or positive effects on my program, I am doin chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, legs now a days, also I am interested in increasing my height I am 5 11 but my weight shows my body fat. please help.

do as you want but i suggest stop doing workout for a month then see the affects.

you definitely want to keep body building but probably emphasize on cardio. Weight lifting will build muscle which will help you burn more fat. As you build muscle you may gain weight but you will lose fat and inches.

Well if you want to loose weight okay and if you do body building it will make you weigh more because mucles weighs more than fat so try loosing weight then do body building thats what I did. Sometimes the scales say im over weight but its my muscle not fat. Mucle weighs more than fat oh and since your 17 your still growing and when you loose weight many ppl look taller but your still growing!

yes but in a positive way ...muscle weighs more than fat so you might not see the difference on the scale but people will notice the loss of inches and the toned body .hang in there and dont forget the abs

alexa, just my opinion ,,ok? first, understand what you are eating! if you must have junk foods,, eat some but important Push the Plate away after 1/2 is gone,, dieting is not healthy, just realize who you are,, what you want to weigh and be careful... to me thats the best way to lose weight and keep weight normal... goodluck

I don t know if it s for teens, but I highly recommend the slimfast.com website. Ha ha, I know what you re thinking! I don t want to drink shakes at every meal! . Well, their site is actually a lot more than that. You can enter in all your foods for the day, and in addition to telling you the fat and calories, it also tracks stuff like protein, calcium, and iron. It s a great way to diet, but also make sure you re eating healthy. The other great thing about that site is that it s free! There s a lot of advertising for their products, but you don t have to buy them if you don t want to.
