Get a friend, mom, neighbor, and GO!Food wise: eat 1200 is the min. for eating so eat 1200 or more, let me explain your body burns the food you eat daily. so if you eat 1300 calories everyday (your body burns all this) 9100 a week, so do exercises that burn 500 calories a day, and that s 3500 calories and that s a pound a week! (3500 calories = 1 pound)And you should care, many teens turn anorexic from not caring, that cause death, have awareness of your body. Don t starve! eat healthy, throw about anything package, eat fresh fruit raw veggies, and lots of water.breakfast should be the biggest meal lunch medium dinner small.don t eat before bed,that s the worse! drink some water, it will fill you.I wish you lots of luck!

Ok My big sister is 14. And what she did to lose weight was. she did 20 situps and ten pushups a day. Also she dieted where she d only have three full meals a day (that had to be 500 calories or less). And like one or too snacks that had to be fruit or under 200 calories. completely cut out any carbohydrates, because your body needs energy and there is no carbohydrates it will use fat - also try avoid sugar but you can eat as much as you want of other foods

If i just ate strawberries and carrots would i lose weight fast? -

My coach for powerlifting wants me to lose at least five pounds before our next meet How can i lose weight fast ? nothing gross plz like throwing up or anything like that

i m a wreslter and the day before a weigh in i take a really hot bath, turn on jets if you can, stay in for about 30 min, then immediatly after you get out and dry on put on sweats, both sweatshirt and sweatpants and then go to bed and put on all the covers, its gonna be uncomfortable but in the morning it will be worth it, you ll lost a good 3-5 pounds, thats only if your not eating or drinking a lot, its mostly water weight so your going to gain it back fast but its just to give u the edge on the scale, hope this helps good luck in your meet
