Pounds away liquid weight loss program? -

Ok today, I brought a pounds away with hoodia, mangosteen, green tea, cha de bugre, and l-carnitine drink. Has anyone actually used this product and did it actually work.

Pounds away liquid:Hoodia Gordonii 300 mgL Carnitine 250 mgGreen Tea Extract 100 mgCha De Bugre 100 mgGuarana 15 mgIn my opinion there is not enough of any one ingredient to be that effective. There are three main ingredients in that pill, hoodia, green tea and cha de bugre. Hoodia is an appetite suppressant the other two are metabolism boosters. I suggest getting two separate supplements, one appetite and one for metabolism.For Hoodia to work you need 750 to 1000 mg. per pill that is certified to be genuine. They usually don t put enough Hoodia in these big chain store brands to do much of anything. You will have the best chance of hoodia suppressing your appetite if you get a strong pure hoodia that is certified to be genuine. I always recommend Totalink s unbiased Hoodia comparison at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/hoodi�� in the Confidence column it will indicate if the brand is Certified . These Hoodia brands have the credentials to back up their product. Also in that column it will indicate if the brand is Returnable . What s the point of loosing weight?

Many studies have shown green tea to be very effective in weight loss. The effectiveness of hoodia is more debated but some small studies show that it can be useful in losing weight. L-carnitine is an amino acid that improves heart health.

Truth be told...nothing works except dietary restrictions and a regular exercise regimen. There are no magic pills, no special foods (other than healthy ones), no enchanted liquids, no immediate results. Dont waste your money on the trendy diets and special meals advertised. They simply do not work. What DOES work is changing your eating habits , activity and will power.

yes i did it and i loved it. but i was pretty upset when i went on you-tube and found most of the work outs on there for free. plus i found hip-hop abs, tae bo and belly dancing, as well as richard simmons workouts, and tons of other people tomany to count. i say try it for free before u buy!!

I have a friend who tried it. She needed to lose 50lbs. She quit after the first week because she lost interest in it. I m doing the Biggest Loser Power Sculpt work out. It s simple. You do a 5 min. warm up, a 20 min. work out, and a 5 min. cool down. You re done in 30mins. and you definitely get your heart rate up. I ve been doing it for 2 weeks so far and I ve lost 8lbs. Along with non-strict dieting.

What should me aka gt; binge eater lt; buy at the grocery store.? -

I am 15, and I have been binging a lot. I exercise but not enough.. ANYWays, my dad is takin me grocery shopping in an hour for lunch stuff and snacks, and I want to be all HEALTHY , no fats, but good carbs maybe... I just want to give my body a nice cleanse that won t destroy my metabolism, possibly boost it! What worked FOR YOU! I lose weight quickly because I bingee so when I stop the weight comes off fast. Anyways, what are some meals or snacks I can buy that will help me shed fat? I am trying not to binge anymore. I want to starve to make up for my binging but I Will NOT go down that road again. So I need reallly healthy plan I can stick to please! What is a really healthy protein morning shake that will last me until 11 aclock if I drink it around 6. (I goto school) and good lunch to pack for school? Help me please, I hate binging , :( And I keep getting back up and trying again. Hi, im also 15 and i got sick of being bad at sports at my school and having very little energy, so i decided to start being healthy. It was hard at the beginning, but you gain lots of confidence, its really worth it. This is what i did: i stick to a diet between 1,000 - 1,200 calories, which is the norm for a healthy person to lose weight. I have already lost 30 pounds in about 1 to 2 months, and have much more energy. (i am considered too skinny right now as well, so now im just keeping it up) You should eat 5 small meals a day to boost your metabolism, it really works. I start off with a good and filling breakfast (including fiber, it makes you feel full), such as cereal and maybe a fruit, around 200-300 calories, then 2-3 hours later i eat a snack 100-200 calories (no fat, low carb). then a couple of hours later its time for lunch, and i try to make sure it has lots of protein in it. After lunch you should make sure to have a good workout or just go outside for a while, if not you can make it up with a 30 minute cardio workout (longer time is better than faster speed), but make sure it makes you sweat, because no pain means no weight loss or muscle gain. after the workout, im usually hungry, so i try to have a healthy snack like berries or any zero-calorie foods (you can google it, its a list of foods that actually burn more fat than they digest, hence they are healthier than say, cookies or chips.) You can either have a snack before or after dinner. I usually wait a while after a workout before eating a large meal because a workout will make you much hungrier and binge. For dinner, you should choose something light and try not to eat too much, because youre not as active at this time. if you feel guilty, you can do 50 pushups and situps each, some aerobics (i.e. jumping jacks), or go for a nice walk. For nighttime snacks, always try and eat the least amount of sugar possible, and instead have vegetables or fruit (natural foods), and a non-sugary drink. Eventually your appetite will decrease and you will be much happier. Remember, if you ever feel the need, you can eat, just replace any junk food with healthy snacks (vegetables are filling and very healthy). try and hide the junk food as well, because if you visualize something you want to eat, sometimes you cant help yourself. I also always take the stairs in every building, no matter how high, because its a nice challenge (i only live on 8, but ive gone up to 33 and 25 many times). if its a ridicoulous number, you can go up and then take the elevator the rest of the way (try not using the elevator down thou, going up is harder but down is easier). How do i lose weight quickly? -

If you lose weight quickly it ll make you ill and it ll all go back on once you stop the regime

The best thing I have found that really speeds up my progress goes by a name called substrate utilisation , it s a big word but not difficult to master. When you exercise at a rate of 60% of your maximum heart rate your body will use your fat as energy, this can only happen at a low intensity and when you have fasted for at least 6 hours. Obviously the ideal and best time to do this is first thing in the morning, go for a brisk 45 minute walk before breakfast, do this 2 or 3 times a week and after a while you will really see the difference.

Eat Healthy, Drink Lots of Water, and Workout.. Lots of cardio

Stop eating and drinking.

My husband joined LA weight loss and has lost 40 pounds so far. It is working well for him! Since you have to weigh in three times a week, it encourages you to stay on track. They provide very detailed written material that is individually designed for you and very explicit as to what you can and can t have to eat. They encourage and teach healthy eating with proper foods based on the food pyramid. My husband has been very pleased with the program and, I am sure, will attain his goal. The important thing is it is all mapped out for you so you don t have to count calories. You do have to weigh somethings (meat portions for example) but they provide the proper scale.

my friend, Celena, keeps talking about how all of these girls in our class that are so thin, and how their thighs are so small, and how hers are like ginormous (they aren t), and she said she was reading her on Yahoo!Answers one day, and some advice given to a question about losing weight quickly, was to starve yourself. so she is planning on going on this weight loss plan: breakfast- fruit, waterlunch- sandwich, fruit, waterdinner- whatever is cooking normally, OR just a plain salad, really light on the dressing and cheese, waterand also no desert, and no eating past 6:45 p.m.and on top of all of that, she is going to do:morning- 40 situps, walk up and down stairs a total of 20 timesafternoon- 30 situps, and do at least 30 mins. of aerobic activity (running, cycling, walking, jogging, dancing, etc.)evening/night- 30 situps, walk up and down stairs total of 5-10 times.is this healthy if she does it 3 months how much weight will she lose? she is about 5 0 and like 110 lbs now

this person is you, and you ll probably lose like 15 lbs if you do it for 3 months. you would lose more, if you had more to lose, but you dont

sounds like an eating disorder waiting to happen and as a recovering anorexic I would not wish this hell on anyone!She is fine the way she is and if you notice her starting to do this type of thing RAT HER OUT eating healthy and exercise are one thing this is another a person has to have at least 1200 cals a day to function!

It sounds like a crash diet and she likely to end up being malnourished. Water to begin with is not really a nutrient while fruit and veg are not particularly nutritious. That leaves the dinner which she may have instead of salad, it really depends what kind of dinner this is but it s not likely to be enough. She would be doing well to use some nutritional supplements on top of food.

For her height, she really doesn t need to lose any weight. This plan isn t unhealthy in general, but for her she shouldn t do it all the time. Tell her to maybe do that during the week, but Friday-Sunday, she should binge, which means eating the things she likes and being inactive. This will still help her lose whatever shes wanting to, but slowly, which is the healthy way.
