Is there an easy way to lose weight fast? -

So i really want to lose weight because im kinda on the chunky side. And please dont say like a weight loss program or weight loss surgery...im too young for that.

Fast weight loss never works. It just sets you up for rebound weight gain. This is the last thing you would want to do. Take up a regiment of a sensible healthy diet with exercise. Target to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week and after 52 weeks, you can lose up to 40 pounds. Can potassium help extract salt from the body? If I took potassium in a tablet form? I am trying to get grid of the water that my body retains. Although I drink 3 liters daily, I still feel as if my body is retaining water. I am 40 years of age and losing weight has become a battle. Before turning 40 I could lose weight quickly. Now I don t know if it s water weight or what?! I am working-out with a personal trainer and I ve totally changed my diet, it s been 6 weeks and I ve not lost a pound! I want to just give up, but I know I can t.

Slimming-pills/Stackers/T3s/T5s? -

Okay so i know the majority of you are going to tell me not to take them but I really want lose weight quickly.I am 9 stone, aged 17, and 5ft4 .I want to get down to 8 stone. Now the questions I am asking are,1. What are the side effect of taking them?2. Is it true you put more weight on when you stop taking them? (even if i continue to excercise)3. Am i able to take them at work without people noticing side effects as i hear they have a drug called Speed in them?I understand that alot of people think it s wrong so please don t comment saying DONT DO IT but I just want to know the positive outcomes (and the negatives)the risks the side effects and also a few to advise me to take?Thank very much x

hey little Dude,not going to tell you not to take them but know this pill do not lose the weight with out activity, witch means they are just an aid to losing the pounds, side affects very for every person know your limits don t expect miracles and cut the crap out of your diet sugar carbs and starches and they will show you what a little pushing yourdelf and a lot of exercise can do for your body, and for god sakes just take the scribed amount.

okay, go running everyday. do around 30-45min a day, but you can work up to that starting at 10min then 15 then 20 every other day or so.. you need to take in less calories, but good calories.. not junk food. eat healthy foods, no snacks, no soda.the main key actually is to believe in yourself and devote yourself to how much you really want to lose weight. you need to exercise, watch what you eat.. make sure to eat breakfast, keep yourself hydrated with water. if you mess up once, it could mess up your whole drive. try your best to resist snack foods. if you are eating enough to satisfy your hunger (without overeating) during breakfast, lunch, and dinner you won t even feel hungry for snacks. you can also try to get your friends to help because that s very motivating and you can tell your parents or siblings so maybe your parents can buy healthier foods and help you out.

Well I was going to try it but considering that he is overweight to begin with I thought if it s not working for him why would it work for me.

Weight Loss Program?? -

My sister is 25 years old and weighs approx. 265lbs. She has tried the LA Weight Loss Program and says that it s too complicated for her to keep up with. She has a new baby and can t afford to go to a gym right now or to sign up for any other professional programs. I don t know what to tell her. Does anybody know what her daily caloric intake should be? As well, any ideas on a workout program that she would be more able and more willing to do? All I know that she has are aerobic videos...but from what I see she gets bored pretty easily. Any ideas for a good routine for her would be appreciated. Any simple ways to cut back on calorie intake as well?

Sounds simple, but its hard work (I love the sweets). But if shes motivated enough, she can do anything!

From experience . . . weight loss is not easy . . . some easy to make changes that helped me to lose about 80lbs. (I exceeded my goal) are to limit carb intake, increase fruit and veggie consumption, limit red meat, increase fish and chicken, decrease overall portions, don t eat at least 2 hrs before going to bed, and put some type of exercise in place. A new baby can be a substitute for light weights . . . i.e. she can do baby lifts and other exercise that involve the baby . . . most babies really enjoy the baby lifts
