Its a program on weightloss which you get the supplies from a distributer.

Yes. Most of us can loose weight by having 2 shakes a day.With one meal. But not very realistic. Good for immediate results not lasting.They can be expensive. Taste is not that bad.

Why dont fat people eat slower and eat less? -

Fat people are always defensive when asked about their weight. I believe its because your personality/person problems show through into your eating habits, so they are defensive about exposing these faults. Fat people always say its geneitcs or some other BS.I know this not to be true because if they moved to Somalia and did not have all the fast food restaurants around and less to eat (but enough to survive) they would lose weight quickly. I have read many articles, like one on msnbc, where people changed their eating habits, eating less, eating slower, not eating just to make themselves feel better, etc. and ended up losing tons of weight.Its mainly about changing their mentality from eating for pleasure to eating to maintain a normal calorie intake. I just wish they would accept their mistakes instead of always blaming it on genes or diabetes, etc.

Oh my goodness. You really are wound up, aren t you. Of course, I suppose you are just so perfect. But unfortunately, we are all not like you. So whether you like it or not. There will always be people around, who are all different shapes and sizes. Just because someone is slim. It does not make them a better person. They are not special in anyway because of their size. It is all down to personality. Or don t you know that.Yes, I know. Because I for years had struggled with my weight. Until I decided to do something about it. Yes, I am slim now. But inside I am still the same person. My personality has not changed. But I think it is about time your personality did.

How does PMS sabotage weight loss efforts? -

I am on a weight loss plan and have been losing weight pretty steadily for the past two weeks. However, this past week I have gained 2.5lbs.(my period should me due in 1 1/2-2 weeks) I have not cheated and the only thing I am thinking is that it may be PMS related. What do you think? How do you deal with PMS symptoms on a weight loss program?

With PMS you may get a bit of water retention. This will change at the start of your period. It seems a bit early for PMS symptoms.

As long as you re not giving into cravings (like that chocolate one many of us get once a month) you ll still be successful at your program.When we have our periods we are retaining water. That s probably where the 2.5 lbs is coming from. You could take something like midol or pamprin which have a diaretic in them and drink plenty of water to decrease the bloating.

That s perfectly normal and you ll loose it again when you menstruate.I usually just weight myself once per week, and since I know how much, on average, I put on pre-menstrual, I have a good check about my true weight. If you keep an eye on how much exactly the difference is between pre and after menstruation, you should have no problems at all to keep losing weight even if the scale says you put on - because it s just water. :)

water rention maybe? i know that PMS gives me uncontrolable cravings for sweet things and i find it very hard to stick to a non sweet diet, moderation is the key

Hey there, so i bought a treadmill, i plan on walking an hour a day at 3.4-3.6mph. i think that s what it is, at an incline of 2-2.5, is this a good plan for looking to lose some weight? What else can i do? thanks. :] i also plan on dieting.

Start counting calories. Relying on your judgement to see how much you should eat is the chief reason why most dieters fail.

How to lose weight quickly? -

I have 10 weeks to go for my wedding, but I have put on oodles of weight am trying to lose it all fast,can anyone let me know of a simple diet which will help me( nothing to do with elaborate cooking please.I work almost 10 hours a day have no time to cook) I work out for an hour everyday at my gym,I alternate between cardio weight training. I weight 65 kilograms,but my ideal weight is 52 Kgs considering my height is 5 3.Please help.Thanks in advance :)

Drink water and take a vitamin B complex supplement for nutrients.Then, Try this:Eat brown rice, veggies and baked fish for dinner.Oatmeal for breakfast with fruit in it. Does this meal plan sound healthy? Egg whites, wheat toast fruit for breakfast. Lunch will be a nice big salad and fruit. And dinner will mostly vary from day to day. And snacks will be either fruit or a pouch of those 100 calorie snack bags. Also, I drink nothing but water and I don t eat sweets. My workouts will be like this: Cardio every morning and strength training with some dumbbells I have here at home 3 days a week. Does this sound like it will work and be healthy enough for me to lose weight? And, should I take a multi vitamin everyday? You need more protein and healthy fats. Add nuts as snacks, olive oil to vegetables. Add more dairy and VEGETABLES. Yes a multi would not hurt.

i have tried several but the fastest was one we had where i worked. we had a wellness center and they offered HMR products.i lost very fast on it.

Jenny Craig is a good one and sooo is um...south beach also.

Weight Watchers is good. It teaches to eat healthy for life.

Drink more water. A lot of the time when you think you feel hungry, you are really just thirsty. I lost 80 lbs. just by drinking more water instead of snacking.

NO fancy diets. Simply cut down on portions a little, skip dessert, and start with walking. Take the stairs not the elevator, and limit tv-watching. When you DO watch tv, do something else too - puzzles, games, anything - keeps your body somewhat active even if you re still on the couch. Watch out for bad snacking while watching tv too! You never realize how much you ve eaten till you hit the bottom of the bag.
