How can i lose weight quickly? -

losing weight is easy...losing weight quickly is tougher, but do-able.first off cut your calories. go online and find a BMR calculator, calculate your BMR and try to eat less calories than that per day. Second, stop drinking soda/caffeine. The only thing in soda is sugar, and as we know, sugar makes us fat. if you stop drinking it you will see results quickly.lastly, exercise. I know that no one likes to do it, but you need to, and I don t mean lift weights, you will gain muscle mass doing that and it will make you look fatter with the fat sitting on top of it. Go for a jog, ride a bike or be like those creepy old people that powerwalk around the mall in spandex.

First, you need a new mother and trying to impress someone by losing weight is not cool.Unless one has bypass surgery than the best you can do is exercise and make changes in your diet. I know exercise and diet change is what everyone says. But, it s true.Extreme dieting can do damage to your body. Lose weight for you and only you. Work on your self-esteem, you are just as important as the next person. Always please yourself first.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.This schedule will also be helpful in maintaining good healthy weight.

How can I lose weight quickly? -

I m 18 years old, 5 3 , and I weigh about 152 lbs. I want to drop down to 130, then lose more later if I feel the need to.I want to lose like 20-30 lbs. before January. How can I go about doing that? I don t care if it s unhealthy, as long as the fat goes away.

well, i ve had that same problem and there is not a very quick way. DOn t be not eating, just don t eat as much junkfood and if u don t excersise, then do so. Sit ups are a good way to lose weight from your stomache. If you need to lose weight in a lot of places, then buy a big excersie ball. they are available at walmart.

How do i start eating properly after months of not? -

i am slowly developing an eating disorder i think, i lost my appetite at the start of last nov, got ill and could not eat or drink, i have had 3 kids so had a mummy tummy as i say and when i became well an noticed that i had lost it in the space of 3 weeks it kind of made me feel happy, now my husband and i have been having major problems and i am barely eating, i losing weight quickly and now struggle to sleep at nights as i always anxious, i shattered in the day, got no motivation and can barely eat anything, i smoking more to take the hunger pains away which i noticed recently i have not had. and i think in the space of 4 months i have ate bout all of 5 full meals, i want to start eating properly but everytime i start a meal by 4 mouthfuls i am full up, lack in confidence as it is, have no social life apart from the occasional clubbin session which now drin hits me really quickly, and i always freezing, i m sure my husband is worried about me but feel his trying to use m being ill to get me back, and i so confused i dont know what to do??????

other information that you must give us: is your husband abusive toward you? is that why your relationship is failing with him? if so, then you need to gather up your three kids and leave him and go for a battered woman s shelter. this takes guts, planning and the right timing. and when you go, you just have to go and not look back. pack up your bags and the kids bags, get in the car and go. know when he ll be out and how long and be sure of it. don t leave anything behind that will allow him to contact you, and don t go back for anything. if he is not abusive, then your eating disorder and smoking disorder sound like a symptom of a poor/failing relationship as you say and not a cause. if you and he want to save the relationship (and get rid of your symptoms) then the two of you need to see a family counselor. he would have to be agreeable to this. if not, then it sounds like you might be headed for divorce and even with family counseling there is no guarantee that the marriage won t end in divorce, at which point your condition may get worse before it gets better. for this reason, you need to see a counselor about your weight first, and a family counselor second. but, i think that you need to see both for your sake and maybe your marriage s sake.

the best thing to do to is to slowly become adjusted to eating more. this means adding about two hundred calories per day (so on the first day, 200 more than usual, the second, 400, the third, 600 more than you would usually be accustomed to). it s very difficult at first, but try to keep in mind that when a person eats very little, his or her stomach actually shrinks so you feel full even when you need more food.try drinking things with calories like Ensures or Boosts, or eating thick soups (some people feel more comfortable drinking things with calories rather than eating them). or, you could try to eat things that are very dense like cashews, peanut butter, protein and energy bars, bagels, etc.eat in small quantities constantly throughout the day. it will probably be easier to eat six small snacks rather than three large meals.also, try to get yourself a good nutritionist, preferably one who specializes in eating disorders who can help you to regain a pattern of normal, healthy eating.good luck! hope i helped

all right, first of all, quit smoking or an eating disorder will be the least of your problems. secondly, start by eating little meals, but do eat meals, dont just snack!!!and please, GO TO THE DOCTOR.

Pilates is great. I just started a couple weeks ago and I feel great. Get a mat and a DVD and you will be on your way. You really feel the burn with pilates! Good luck!

Has anyone tried a weight loss program that works? I was looking at Arbonne Figure 8 weight loss...? -

Hi,I just started it and love it. The shakes are really good and fill you up so you don t really crave to much. I love the Chocolate and Peanut Butter Chews. Those have really saved the day when I was out running around and wanted to snack. I find most of the Figure 8 satisfies my sweet tooth and provides most of my nutritional needs...so my food intake is mainly fish, chicken and lots and lots of veggies. It was a little hard at 1st...like any diet would be to give up the bad foods, but like I said..it will provide all you need for your sweet tooth and then eat veggies with salsa and other spices to satisfy your salt cravings.I have lost 5.5 lbs and I am on day 12. I have been doing light exercise nothing to hard. If I had exercised more ...i am sure i would lose it even faster. Also, I am not starving myself...just eating better food. But now on day 12 I don t really crave the bad food any longer. If I want sweet I grab a chew or have a shake. I have not done the entire Arbonne Weight Loss Program but I do use some of the products from the Figure 8 line. I use the Vanilla Protein Shake and the NRG GO3 Fizzing Tabs.The first time I was using the Shake, I was not following the rest of the plan. The shakes taste really good, although I used half 1% milk and half water. Since I wasn t following an diet plan along with it, I didn t lose any weight. But, I didn t gain any either. I started using it again recently and this time I m going to be watching what I eat, I m doing the South Beach Diet.Next, the NRG Go Fizz tabs are awesome! I love this drink and it really does what it says it will. These tabs helped me lose 8 lbs in just a week and a half. If I was not taking these my cravings would have gotten the better of me and I would have not done as well.I add them to double the amount of water required because I think they taste better that way, the drink can be kind of sweet. Also, it does have caffeine in it (the same amount as a can of soda) so I have to drink them before 2pm otherwise I don t sleep as well. They do not give you any weird feeling or crazy energy rush when you take them. I did the Fig 8 and loved it. I had 2 protein shakes and 2 fiber shakes a day, and I actually just got the vanilla protein and mixed it with the orange fiber. Some people make them into smoothies, but I had them plain with water!I also drank the citrus drink from Arbonne, and I found that I could still eat whatever else I was hungry for. Getting all that protein, fiber and vitamins really helped curb my appetite and give me energy. It wasn t a crash diet where you starve yourself and cut food groups out and blah blah blah- it was realistic and simple and I loved it. Plus, the online community was great at the Fig 8 website.Hope this helps!P.S. I lost fifteen pounds.

I can honestly tell you that the Atkins Diet works. from personal experience and from friends and family as well. Not only do you lose it and it stays offbut, in the first two weeks or so...you lose it fast....up to 8 lbs aweek.....and you get to eat! good stuff too. you should try it...

I did the weight watchers core plan..I ate till i was full and didn t really miss anything. It is more practical for everyday life and easy to stick with. I love 20lbs in 40days

Being tested for diabetes, have a few questions? -

Im being tested for diabetes after my endocrinologist asked me if i urinated more than 8 times a day. I also drink alot of water. Im always thirsty. Im tired quite often though sometimes i can sleep for 12 hours. I dont gain any weight but when im sick i lose weight quickly. i eat like every hour when im home. I just never seem full. I get the shakes if i go a while without eating. does this sound like diabetes to you?? im 15 so which type of diabetes do you think i may have??? Im not scared about this or anything just curious. thanks for the help.

based on what you said, I think you are a typical teen and do not have dieabetes.

It does sound like diabetes, but without the test you can t be sure. Generally if you are not born with diabetes are didn t develop it at a fairly young age you will have type 2, which is controlled by diet and exercise and possible pills, but not insulin. It is also easier to reverse type 2 diabetes. which would be good given your age. So if you are make sure that you follow your doctors orders and take very good cake of yourself

I raised a couple of girls as a single parent and you sound just like them! I also do not believe you have diabetes - you are a teen that s hungry and thirsty all the time and can sleep around the clock! But its true - to lose weight you MUST cut yr food intake, avoid fry and oily food.You may try reductil although its not healthy solution. I m on this pill 2 days only and i already went from 74kg to 70.1 kg. I just don t feel like eating at all, all sort of nice food also doesn t make me excite.But i decided to reduce intake of those pills and will try to have it 2-3 times a week instead of take it everyday.Good luck girl.

well, um i dont weigh much. im a 15 yr old boy, who weighs 125,( i can bench press 200 - yea ima stud :) ) well anyway, try to just skip a lot of meals. instead of eating, cut your appetite. like eating sum candy when your hungry could cut your appetite. and other than that. running is always good. you just have to be commited. it wont happened overnught, but when yougget there itll be well worth it.
