Are there any Healthy weight-loss pills? -

Im not too heavy but do want to loose about 20 or more pounds.Im only 16 and am active but nothing seems to work.I diet eat right and work out but nothing works!Help

This is coming from my own experience. There are no healthy-weight loss pills out there. I ve tried Trimspa, Cylaris, and even MyAlli (side effects can be gross), and some from the past throughout the last 7 years. If I knew first...I could have saved a lot more money. What has worked for me: cardio resistance training. It helps to get my body more toned (although the scale doesn t move much) but my clothing size has gotten smaller. So far I ve lost 2 dress sized with no help from pills or anything. Drink tons of water. And eat better...a lot better. I m 5 4 142..and 3 months ago I was 156. I could have done a lot better, but I cheated too much.. Good luck!

Metabolic disorders? -

so.. if people have a metabolic disorder which stops them from loosing weight at a decent pace.. or they gain instead of loosing... ( while faithfully following a healthy weight loss plan) then what can be done to repair this disorder?

Some metabolic disorders (which affect weight) are caused by a body s inability to use insulin properly. There are diet/exercise and medicines that can improve the body s ability to use insulin. Endocrinologists are good contacts for this.

Where can I find Body Sculpting classes in Singapore? -

Personal trainers are too expensive...do centers like Planet Fitness and/or Fitness First have such classes? Please help me find one!I m doing Body Sculpting instead of ordinary weight loss programs because it not only helps me lose weight but also shapes my body to look and feel fit

Does morbid obesity really affect your menstruation? -

I m a virgin and I haven t seen my period in about 2 months. I wasn t too worried at first since I m obviously not pregnant and weight fluctuation in the past has made me have irregular periods.Last night and most of today, however, I ve begun to have abdominal cramping. I m pretty sure it s not constipation or gas, but I ve taken rolaids and eaten fiber just to be sure. I m 21 years old, 330 pounds, and 5 9 . I m thinking my period may have stopped because of my weight and the fact I ve undergone a new weight loss program recently. My insurance won t be reinstated until I register for grad school next month and the free clinic in my area wasn t much help, so I m hoping to find some answers here.Should I be especially worried (since the cramping) or is this common among women my size? Please, serious answers only.

At what speed should I walk on my treadmill? -

Hey there, so I was wondering, what speed should I walk on my treadmill to get my hear rate up and to burn calories? Don t tell me to jog, I am in no shape today to go for a jog, because I just wen horseback riding. So what is a good pace? I normally walk about 3.5-3.7mph, should I go faster, or what? Also what incline? I am planning to lose some weight ,and I m starting my weight loss program on monday. So I m going to start ex ercising today./

well you should put it at a speed you feel comfortable at. I m saying one that is not to slow because you need some speed to burn some fat and stuff. but not to fast that you may hurt yourself. i usually set mine to about 5.hope this helps..:)

idk, treadmills all have different speeds then the others. Definitely increase the incline though. That make your booty tight!

your looking ok..... but since you only 15... you need to start working out.... do some jump squats, lunges, and cardio to maintain!Otherwise you will blow up by the time you are 18

iam on weight loss program..so i want to know which oil suite me..i know olive oil is best but its expensive in my country..can i use sunflower oil?it has 81 calories in 10ml(2 tea spoon) 0 carbohydrates..plz let me know

Well if sunflower oil is what you can afford , then just use that.
