How to lose weight and have flat stomach? -

I weight around 120, and i m 5 3 so i want to lose like around five pounds, right now i m doing track, so i run around 2-4 miles a day, but i dont feel like i m getting any more toned or losing weight since i started excersizing around a month ago. any suggestions? I m also doing around 100 crunches four times a week, any stomach flatening ideas?

i would suggest doing yoga, its extremely relaxing and good for gaining mussel, in your core, arms, and legs but it sounds like your doing good enough now, if you just keep it up and be patient you should be good

The best time to work out is in the morning. Its a great way to get your body up and at it. Make sure you eat a nice healthy breakfast to give you that enrgy. You can work out at night I m sure but then you have less time being awake to burn calories. I think you should have something in your stomach before you work out but i think i once heard that your body burns the most calories within the hour after your work out. But i could be wrong. im 16, 136-40 pounds and im 6 1 and i want to lose about 15 pounds. what would be a good diet plan for me.

hello I am trying to lose weigh.t I wants to lose about 25lbs. I asked my doctor and she said I should eat between 1,100 and 1,300 calories a day. The best way I ve found to stick with my diet, is I ve picked an outfit I m going to get as soon as I lose the weight!Every time I m tempted to stray from my diet, I imagine wearing that outfit and looking hot :) As soon as I do that It s like my determination has been reset in stone! Yeah okay so whenever i was in about fourth fifth grade i weighed in at almost 200lbs.I totally wasn t happy with myself, but made some changes that got me to loose weight. Now that im a freshmen.. i weigh about 117.What i did was, make sure you eat all five fruits a day, look for low calorie snacks, eat lots of veggies. And five small meals a day.If you don t like to be really active you can always just walk around your house or jog to burn some extra calories. Lots of water too! No fatty foods or sodas!Being girly? That s another story.Be yourself, its way better. (:

How to lose weight from legs? -

Okay, I m 5 foot 5 in and weigh 136lbs. I m not really fat, actually my stomach is quite thin and my hips are fairly boney, but my legs are large. I don t like it, it doesn t look femine to me. My parents say its genetics and that my legs look health, not fat. So I m just wondering, is there a way to loose some of the fat on my calves/upper thighs? Without lipo I mean, like specific exercises or such?Thanks for any help. Please no rude comments.

you re prettie thin, sound healthy to me :)but i suggest like running, riding a bike.or like laying on your side and lifting up your legs, and switch from time to time.or you can stretch a lot.
