Can People Tell Me How To Lose Weight And Get Beatiful? -

Please, people always call me freckle face and fatso, I try to ignore, but it s just I can t take it any more, I punched someone in the face, but I gopt into trouble.

Cut out ALL of the pop. Drink only water. Watch how much butter and oils you use. Eat fresh things. Like fruit and veggies. You don t necessarily have to diet, just eat better.For beauty; what i do in the shower is i wash my hair like 2 or 3 times. Just to make sure it is clean. Start using whitening mouth wash and tooth paste (you ll have a pretty smile(: ). Take time on your make up and hair. Paint your nails. Pluck your eye brows. For the freckles there s not too much you can really do. use conceler i guess. I use bare mineral for my make up and i love it. Maybe switchin to that will help.Hope some of that helps honey!:) torr.

Hey,if your going to lost weight, you have to be doing it for urself, and only urself. if your doing it for all those bitches that call u them names, your never going to be able to stick to the diet.freckles are lovely :] they re natural but if u really are that conscious of them, make up works :]and as for the weight aspect, the first step is wanting it and having the motivation to know you can stick to it.if u believe u can do it, and u have the motivation to drive u to ur goal, your half way there.next would be signing up to a slimming class - i do slimming world and lost 14nahalfpoud in 4 weeks :] and also go for a wee walk once a week, and build it up as weeks go on. with the motivation and the sticking at it ul go fat quickly and easily :]xxx

First you are beautiful. You have to see it within yourself. Losing weight take it one day at a time and remember it will not happen overnight. Do what you can a little at a time if it means stop drinking sodas or at least cut it in half. Try to get your fruits veggies and exercise. Lose weight for yourself and no one else.

okay i m know that i m not like super fat but, i do have a few extra pounds and i would like some advice on how to shed them. i m only a teenager so i can t go to fitness places like bally or anything haha. and i have been excersicing, but sometimes i forget to or feel lazy and since i m only a teen, i can t really choose all of my meals. i do have basketball practice for my jr. high team so i guess i m active almost every day but thats only for about 40 minutes. well i always knew that i was a little bit overweight but my reason for getting things going is so that i can fit properly in a bridesmaid dress for my sister s wedding. i m the youngest in the family and i don t want to have to have the biggest size. thanks for the help! :)

The ONLY way to loose weight in any scenario is to consume few calories than you burn daily. A safe calorie deficit is widely accepted at a ten percent calorie deficit. I know how you feel - many times I just forget to do it and when I remember, I m too lazy to do it. Haha.Which I know it isn t a good thing, but hey, we re teenagers.Anyway, what I started doing, is doing a few stretches.Then turning on my stereo and blasting one of my favorite fast-paced cd s and then do some light workouts, and then some cardio.The music makes it really fun, especially if you can mouth the words as you work out. And what motivates me is when I hear a song about being independent or a really dancey-type song.So you can try that, if you re into that.If so, you can also just jump/dance around for a few minutes, get a drink of water, and start doing it again.Although it may not be AS effective as actual working out, you re moving, which is good because mostly everything you make your body do, you lose calories.So to get in the jist of working out (and having fun doing it), you can do something that s not completely boring.I know, I know. It wasn t amazing advice.But I hope I helped at least a little.

Start running. One of the best things you can do. It doesn t have to be fast, just going for a light paced 30 minute run every day or every other day can help you drop some pounds pretty quickly. okay..i know that there is no quick fix.. and no magic pills or whatever.. but i seriously need to lose at least 15 pounds in one month.. and i just wanted to know if there was any routine or schedule combined with some sort of diet.. that may help me do this. ive tried a lot, but im really bad at sticking to these things..plus, ive got no idea what im doing .. like i cut out carbs or calories..which is stupid..and doesnt really work. so.. anyone? im open to all suggestions.

I really did lose 15# in a week or two but cutting out all carbs. And if it s not long term, any fad diet will help you lose weight for a month s period of time. Why does everyone wait til the last minute to have to lose the weight?? Anyway, my suggestions are:1- cut out carbs (see a low carb website) especially if you are a sugar addict2- try a cleansing fast a week or two before the big day3- amp up your metabolism with lots of aerobic exercise, weights and spicy foods4- Don t cut back your calories below 1000 less than you are doing today. Try to exercise as often as you can. Swimming, jogging, walking, sit ups, push ups, jumping jacks, weights.Another key is to give up all soft drinks IF you do drink them. Drink more water too.Consider doing those exercises with a friend so you can give each other support and accountability.Cut back on the amount of food you eat IF that applies to you.Good luck.

Go for a run, swim, take long walks... just get active! Even bike riding is great. Also, cut out all the junk foods [this includes white bread... go for whole grain]... drink lots of water and eat a good amount of fruit and vegetables. Just watch your food portions and make sure you are eating healthy foods [low in sugar and low in fat]

Hi there - I have researched this topic for c. 20 years and the findings ended up in a book called Why do you overeat? When all you want is to be slim . It s all about cravings - not just sugar - but bread, biscuits, cakes, even picked food.There are three very common medical conditions, Candida, Food Intolerance and Hypoglycaemia, which cause insatiable food cravings. There s no way to actually completely stop suger cravings. I m 28 and I ve had them my whole life. At the moment I am not eating any sweet things (cakes, chocolate, biscuits, sweets, desserts) for the months of January and February. Yeah, it s hard. I craved suger so badly for the first couple of weeks, but if you can get past that they do die down a bit but they never really go away. You just need to put your foot down and just say no

Buy some l-glutamine powder. Every time you have a sugar craving take a gram or two. Don t over do it though. Also exercise is really good for sugar cravings and just plain feeling good. Do some research.
