How do you lose weight fast? -

There is no healthy fast way to lose weight.Cut out junk food and sodas.... pasta, potatoes, white rice and sugar. Eat a healthy diet of vegies and fruits and protein. Exercise at least three times a week. I recommend any of Jorge Cruises weight loss books.

Power walking is great for fast weight loss if you stick to the program. You don t even have to do any dieting, you. lose anyway.

Not eating at all or eating one small thing is starvation mode crap Your body will turn on it s self and you will loose muscle before fat. The best thing to do is eat three small well balanced meals, and two snacks everyday, drink plenty of water, exercise and get plenty of rest. Anything other than that, you are doing way more harm to your body than good.

Not eating at all is not healthy.Drink lots of water, cut out all sodas and high cholesterol/high calorie/high fat content foods.Work out.

The fastest, safest way for you to lose weight is to be involved in a physical activity. Since you re a cheerleader and dancer, this should be easy to do, just do it longer. Staying an extra 20 minutes a day will add up. I don t know what your ideal weight is but don t think that you can lose 20 pounds in a month. 5 pounds a month is more reasonable and is healthier. Also, avoid high-fat foods, and absolutely do not starve yourself. You can limit your caloric intake, but don t deny your body what it needs to grow or you ll make matters worse for you down the line. So remember your food groups! Summing up, you need to physically exert yourself to the point that you re sweating, but not to the point that you re about to fall over. Eat 3 meals a day and snack on healthy, small-portioned fruits or veggies in between meals, keep yourself hydrated, and stay away from any fried or fast-food.Good luck and have fun enjoying your youth!
