Losing weight too fast may not be a good idea. And your weight gain could have due to several factors. So, unless you know why you gained weight, you may not be able to take effective steps to lose weight already gained. Is specific parts of your body need shaping or need to be rid of accumulated fat, liposuction (a surgical procedure) may be an option, but is expensive and is also with a few attendant risks. The easiest way to lose weight the healthy way is to go on a sugar-free, low fat diet and have a regular balanced exercises program. Reduce all fried foods for example and no sweets, sodas etc. Have 4-5 small meals a day, and be careful about your fruit. Bananas contain loads of sugar so if you like fruit u can eat an apple but drink water instead of juice. A good workout will tone and get rid of flab but you will maintain your curves and also gain more energy. I go to the gym every day and rotate the muscle groups I work on every day, but I do stomach exercises every day.

You don t want to diet too heavily because then you will lose your curves, you want to focus more on exercising - go 3 times a week and do about 30-45 mins CV (best is running) and some weights. This will tone you without you losing your curves, and will also boost your metabolism so you burn fat more efficiently.

What I have been told is to cut back on portions, and eat protein at every meal, and exercise. That is the correct way to lose weight. You can drop pounds fasts. Diets don t work to well. They just make you gain more weight back.

hi if you bought the newsof the world yesterday (sunday) in the magazine there was a story about a man who lost 9 stone in 6 months, (im not saying you need to lose this much) :) but he ate nothing but soups or milkshakes for 6 mths and went to the gym on the tredmill to accomplish this. i dont think it should be a lifestyle change but when u have accomplished wot you want to lose then u can go on to eat healthier foods.gl and i hope this helps

How can I lose weight? -

How can I lose weight fast at home without going to the gym. I weigh 260 and am 6 foot 2 inches. And how can I run more distant without getting tired. And is there a drink that will make you full instead of eating.

Why cant you go to the gym? your basically saying, how can i lose weight really quickly without much work thats the wrong attitude to begin with.but, its true, you dont need to go to the gym to lose weight.. why not start walking everyday for 30-45 minutes.. Cut back on processed foods.. no fast food.. eat more salads.. eat smaller portions.. cut back on alcohol and sugar and white bread. Drink lots of water. like i mentioned, instead of running, just walk.. wlaking is good enough to begin with anyway.. and its still a good work out.. walk every day, eat right.. you can also do jumping jacks, and ab crunches at home. Swimming is great as well..I cant talk, because ive always been skinny (sometimes too skinny) but.. you know what you need to do.. its just the motivation/hard work you need to put in.. its not rocket science.. EAT LESS, EAT HEALTHY, EXERCISE. thats it :) you can do it!
