How can you lose weight... fast? -

i wanna lose at least 5 pounds QUICK!!!!!! how can i do this? and what s an easy pain-free way to get in shape?

There are no quick and safe fixes, no matter what the ads tell you. The only safe way is to have a healthy diet and exercise frequently. Why does no-one want to work for anything any more? Always the quick fix, the easy option? This is the modern plague - shortcut syndrome.

According to an old saying, if you would like to lose ten pounds of ugly fat in no time at all, cut off your head. Other than that use a sensible combination of proper diet and exercise. Everything that is worthwhile takes time, however we live in a world where everyone wants immediate gratification.

well the safe reccomendation is to lose 2 pounds per week.try going on runs paired with a healthy diet. If you are going to be excersing lots, do not try the atkins diet because it is low carb and you need carbs for energy. Try staying away from soda, it is filled with sugar and makes you gain weight faster.Stay away from salt, it makes you retain waterTry sit ups or crunches, they will burn fat specifically on your stomachStay away from items that have more then 8% saturated fat. But you need certain fats like monounsaturated fat. Some vitamins are absorbed with certain fats. If you completly cut fats out of your diet, your body wont get all the vitamins it needs.Obviously avoid the desserts, but also try creating smaller portion sizes. Look at the nutrition facts on the side of the food box and see how much you are supposed to be eating.Try starting your day off with something high in protein, it will kick start your metobolism, and make burning fat easier.Also avoid large amounts of protein late at night, because they are harder to burn off at night.

You can t. Not safely anyway. You didn t gain weight overnight so you re not going to be able to lose weight overnight. It s conceivable to lose 1-2 pounds a week, that about 4-6 pounds a month. Proper nutrition and exercise will aid in getting you to your goal. Don t forget to take vitamins, especially B vit. Try eating salad and exercise regularly in a week , make sure you drink water 2hours before every meal and never skip breakfast, apparently its best to do excersise in the morning before you eat because it gets your metabolism going and digests food quicker. Also you should eat you fruits first before your meal like the french because that also helps you food digest better and quicker.try eating a big breakfast , a medium lunch and a light dinner , and most of all do not snack in between meals. I f you do want to snack i recommend pure fruit juice and even vegetable juice, and cut down on the oils, except good fats like nuts and fish , BUT NO frying. I hope this Helps.

I started running my tread mill yesterday for 1hour 15 min. Today 1hour. any advice how to lose weight faster? -

Well I got a treadmill yesterday so I started working out and I want to lose weight. I worked out 1hour and 15 minutes yesterday and today for 1 hour. Can someone tell me what I should do to lose weight and how much can I lose in a week if I keep this up?

add weight training into your exercisesdo things like push ups or situps if you dont have actual weights

the best thing is to NOT stay consistint in your exercise...dont get me wrong keep exercising but...switch it up a bit Becasue your body will start to get used to the regualr routine you do..but not much but enough to make a difference.. and mkake sure you get a lot of protein becasue muscle burns fat a lot quicker then just trying to sweat it out

My mom tried the grapefruit diet and it worked. I think any fruit or vegetable is a sure way to lose weight and drinking plenty of water.

I find that eating grapefruit works very well. You may want to cut out things like bread, potatoes, noodles and sugar based foods.

Is the treadmill good for losing weight fast? -

I am wondering if I should up my work out. And keep going 7 days a week. I get motivated when I work out with my sister. How can I keep working out and lose more weight every week

your body needs a couple days here and there to rest.. or your muscles will not build properly.. you should think about adding more time to your existing workout, or adding doing two a day..running is great cardio, but treadmills are not as good as trails or having roads with things that you have to manoeuvre around, which burns more calories, and gives you more agility..also building muscle will help you lose more fat because your body needs more energy to sustain muscles, so you will automatically burn more calories..

i really do recommend running outside rather than the treadmill because it s just so unrealistic compared to the real road.i personally hate the treadmill(:and you should definitely rest AT LEAST once a week so that you would give your muscles a chance to rest and recover.you should try strength training. it works great if you really wanna get toned(:

I think that approx. 22.5 is ideal BMI, with about 18-22% PBF (though it goes up as you get older), so you d probably want to try to lose about 20 lbs to be optimal . Of course, in two months, that is an unhealthy goal to obtain, through healthy dieting and workout would put you in the healthy zone (approx 154 to not be considered medically overweight for someone 5 6)Watch your calories. You need to burn 3500 Calories in order to lose 1lb. You also need to maintain approx. 2000-2500 calories per day in order to stay healthy. Cut out empty calories and junk food, and try to maintain this level, and your metabolism should be fine.Exercise. shake diet... it s a non dangerous starvation diet... all you do is drink shakes for 3-4 days... if you haven t reached you goal... rest for 2-3 days... no bread just protein and some fruit... then do another round... my friend lost 15 pounds in one round... just dont exercise during the round... but inbetween i would recommend exercising a lot... you should do the round during the week... you could get some friends to go running with you during the weekend... just be careful... because if you do this for to long you could get hurt... good luck!!!!!

Drink eight glasses of distilled water daily and a piece of fruit after every meal like an apple or pear. This will help move things along. For lunch drink water and eat something nutritious and for dinner eat chicken or fish preferably baked with some steamed vegetable (don t over cook them). Complete eating by 6 or 7 pm this will give your body time to digest what you have eaten and if you are hungry only eat a piece of fruit and drink water.
