its not really a diet plan but i always eat 100 calorie packs (im eating one now) they have a lot of kinds like oreos, chips ahoy, cheezits, ding dongs, and even klondike bars!!! they are so good and guilt free

What makes you lose weight faster....running 2 miles a day....biking 2 miles a day or walking 2 miles a day? -

any advice?? i want to lose 50 lbs by the summer...is it possible?? any other advice will help. thanks

running 2 miles and walking 2 miles burns the same amount of calories not sure about weight loss though. i would go with running or biking if you want to lose weight fast.good luck =)

running. You ll use more energy running than walking. And cycling 2 miles is quite short. Running uses more calories per mile than walking or cycling. Also true for calories per minute.To get the same calorie-burn, you d need to cycle for LONGER time/ miles than running.When you start, make sure not to eat extra cos I went for a run . If you re hungry after a run/cycle, eat fruit or veg or have a glass of milk. It s horribly easy to eat more in a post exercise snack and larger meals than you burnt off!

doing all three, follow canada food guide. i found i lost weight really fast when i realised i wasn t eating enough fruits and veggiesand yes it is possible, but it will be slow going at first until you start to have more muscle. muscle burns fat ten times fasterdon t drink any pop. my dad lost tons when he quit pop

you wont lose 50 pounds... unless u go on a bad diet or do something bad for your body. when you start you might lose 2-7 pounds the first week. after that it should be a steady 1-3 pounds a week. it just depends on your body type.

lose the weight slowly; do a mix of them, or switch it up, once ur body gets to accustomed to one exercise it doesn t burn as many calories

The boobs are the first to decrease, last to increase (in weight). I doubt there is a full proof method of loosing weight on your body except your boobs. Targeted exercises may help loose weight on some areas. you can try that.

Sorry to tell you this, but the body burns fat from where ever it can get it, if that means your breasts than that is where it will come from. I ve seen different people lose fat from different areas, it s all dependant on your body. Don t worry so much about your breasts, because if you aren t healthy, you won t live long enought to enjoy your breasts. Eat healthy and exercise and the fat will come from where it needs to.

You can t. Your breasts are made up mostly of fat in the first place. Your best bet it so to do pectoral exercises that will increase the muscle mass in your chest area - this will also increase breast size. There are specific exercises to target this problem, and a professional at any gym would be able to give you some specific recommendations for exercises that will help you out.

If you cute out 1280 calories a day would you lose weight fast? -

that would depend. if you started out at 2560 calories a day with cardio then yes. if you started out at 1400 then no.

Probably... It depends on how much you started with. You should eat between 2,000 and 3,000 a day, at least the average person does. I d go to a doctor if you have weight loss questions.With the little I eat, I d die if I cut out that much!

I would recommend MORE than just 10 crunches, because that wont really help. I would do 12 strait up, 12 across the body to the left, 12 across the body to the right, and repeat again. Rather then jogging, get a friend and walk for an hour and talk at the same time. It really helped my parents lose weight, but they didn t do the sit-ups so that should really help.

as well as that, try,10 girly push-ups (from the knees) 50 wall touches (jump and touch as high as you can)30 seconds of lying on the floor with feet 6 inches in the air always, always always stretch!!!!

I just lost 20 pounds this month by limiting my carb intake to 20 grams a day. So I have a protein shake for bfeast/snak on veggies like cucumber/ranch and celery/cream cheese in the AM and PM and make a beef/taco salad or good grilled chicken salad for lunch and eat grilled chick/asparagus or beef/zuchinni for dinner.
