How can i lose weight fast? -

i am overweight, seriously but not really overweight i just want my stomach to be flat and to actually have a butt. please help me give me good advice.

The thing is is you cant really lose weight fast...When you start excersising and dieting you lose water weight first in the first couple weeks. Probably 2-5 pounds and then after that you start losing fat and gain musclethat doesnt happen fast you will probably lose 1 pound or less every week of fat.And if you do gain muscle it weighs more then fat so you wont lose weight by gaining muscles ( if that makes sense)to get a flat stomach you can do crunches and sit ups and to get a toned bottom you can do lunges, also running helps alot for toning.Remember this cant happen fast itll probably take 6 months or a year of hard work to notice a big difference. Hi, There are plenty of ways to lose weight. I will give you some tips to help you acheive your goal of losing weight safely.First I recommend you get 8-10 hours of sleep so your not tired. Try to eat 3-4 healthy nutritious meals spready throughout the day(10%fat/40%protein/50%carbs/). Exercise atleast 3 times a week for 45 minutes or more. Try to cut out the sweets/fats and replace it withvegetables/fruits. Drink 8-10 8oz glasses of water a day. Um, it depends what your BMI is but I would suggest a healthy diet perhaps. . .and make exercise fun, otherwise you ll want to quit at your process to lose the pounds. In order to flatten your belly, and this may sound suckish, but sit ups and crunches really work. I probably shouldn t be giving you advice because I never follow through in my program, but I see results when I do situps. healthy balance between a good diet and subtle exercise. you don t need to go crazy. here s some tips my mother and I abide by.-don t eat anything after 9 p.m. (I m serious! your metabolism slows down!)-eat at least 1 Greek strained yogurt a day (Chobani is good) it s excellent for your skin and hair and helps you lose weight. It has only 100 calories and no fat.-drink at least 8 cups of water a day-start with simple exercises like running. if you don t like to run, then take a leisurely walk around your neighborhood. slowly but surely you will see results.-always try to tie healthy choices into your daily meals. instead of fried chicken have grilled chicken. instead of having 3 cookies have 1.you re not going to go to sleep and wake up automatically thin. it takes time but you will be fully satisfied with the results if you keep up!

That depends on your age. If you are a teen, then do what I do. Remember, there is no point in exercising yourself, you WILL get bored, and not do the right things. I have track practice in school everyday after school. I hate track, but I do it for my health. I cant stop running in track because i am forced to. I also have my friends there to make things better. So you should take classes of any sports or join them in your school. This will make you grow taller and lose a lot of weight-- I know i did. There is no point in eating less. If you eat less, you wont grow tall. So start exercising with other people, and remember to have fun. I hope this would work for you!

I need a hard weekly work out that will help me get inshape and lose weight fast...? -

any ideas? i need to train for cross country, and i want to look really fit and nice for prom (3 weeks away) and an upcoming trip to Europe. i m not over weight or anything, and im in okay shape, but i want to feel and look better...

First off I will tell you that if you email me I can give you some better in depth tips on a routine. For now, I will just leave you a little taste of it here. You need a good diet/routine to get where you want. First your diet. Look to eat foods that are nutritious. Eat a lot of fruits first. Dont eat foods that are high in carbohydrates. Cut out breads and things like peanut butter and fatty foods. Eat foods that are high in protein like meats. Tuna fish is excellent, chicken breast, turkey, anything like that. Salads are great to eat before your workout because green foods are excellent for your diet. Dont starve yourself, but if you are hungry, dont hit the snacks. Now for the routine. Again if you are really interested in an in depth routine, just email me, but as for now, I ll be a little vague but to the point. Try doing some cardio 3-4 times a week to burn off extra calories. I suggest running, but dont do the same cardio every day, as your body will get complacent and after a while it wont work as hard because it is used to the exercise. Running, eliptical, swimming, biking, switch it up each time. Also it wouldnt hurt to head to the gym and lift some light weights. Aim for a body part that you wanna get looking good. Dont shoot for a heavy weight. Go light weight, but high repetitions as it will make you more toned, and less masculine . I have a feeling you arent looking for 22 inch biceps. A high repetition scheme will burn more calories and tone up muscle groups better. You dont want super muscular legs as it is unattractive for most guys...I suggest doing some calf raises but not enough to the point where your calf muscles are literally bulging out, but enough to show that you work out. While you are working out, I would suggest you liosten to music to keep you focused and motivated. Also, feel free to mix in more ab work if you like, like leg lifts, crunchies/situps, iron v and toe touches as well as cardio (swimming is a VERY good choice), power walking (fun fun fun) or anything else you choose (like play basketball with your neighbors. You can burn alot of calories by just doing that!) I admire your goals to feel and look better and trust me, youll feel like all hell is breaking lose while you do this, but afterwards and when you look completly stunning in your prom dress, you will feel very, very proud of what you ve done and accomplished! =)Good luck!
