How do i lose weight fast? -

more like ASAP.i really need to lose weight.im 14.my weight is around 160 and im 5 4.sounds bad huh?i need to lose weight in a couple weeks.HELP!

EXERCISEEE!!! Omg people thats the only thing that will do it!

DIETS DO NOT WORK IN THAT WAY!If that is your mind set, don t even bother. You will just fail, get frustrated, probably just eat more to feel better, and put you off from trying to lose weight in a healthy way all together. When you are ready to come to terms with the reality that weight loss takes time, effort, and the right mind set, ask again, until then, don t bother.

Try the honey and cinnamon diet. It really works. Lose 6-7 pounds a week.http://www.weight-loss-advisor.com/blog/

What are some good exercises to lose weight fast? -

im doing this fo MYSELF :),i wanna lose 15 pounds by the summer?dont even mention the word:impossibleill bitcch slap yuuuu :0.hah so yes any good exercises?tips and advice is good too :).paigenicole

You need to do aerobic exercise - walking, running, jogging, biking, swimming. Also include some strength training.Weight loss is an overall process and there are no magic answers. Pay no attention to weight loss supplements and pills and all the latest fads. You need to think about many factors but most of them are related to issues we ve known about for a very long time. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.Make a few additional small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one. In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body. Vary your routines. Don t eat the same number of calories every day (vary your calories from 1400 a day to 1900 or 2000 some days), eat a variety of foods, and do different kinds and amounts of exercise. You will lose weight much more efficiently if you mix things up from time to time so that your body doesn t adjust to any one routine. An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. You are much more likely to overeat or to binge eat if you are tired and not well rested, so get enough sleep.Check out websites about nutrition, exercise, weight training, etc. Here are a few helpful links.http://www.nutrawatch.com/http://www.caloriesperhour.com/http://www.helpguide.org/life/healthy_eahttp://www.wikihow.com/Lose-Weight-the-Hhttp://weightloss.about.com/cs/fitness/ahttp://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/fe

well, unless you wanna fast for 10 daysit s impossible.

Get divorced. I lost 145lbs. in one day that way.It will cost you half of what you got though :)

What diet regime helped you lose weight fast? -

Also, once you followed that specific regime, was it easy to maintain your weight?

You will lose more body fat eating protein and fat (don t eat protein alone) than not eating AT ALL. To lose weight fast eat all you want but nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter and half an avocado a day (you ll need added potassium). Keep the calories high and the fat percentage high, at least 65% of calories. Adding in green vegetables some cheese will continue weight loss but at a slower pace.Your body won t release fat stores if you lower calories below what it needs. It will slow your metabolism to compensate and store every spare ounce as fat. If you continue lowering your calories, it will continue lowering that set point, til you can survive off nothing and store fat on anything. The body will only release it s fat stores if it knows there is plenty of food.Simple carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice) triggers insulin which can store the calories you eat into fat. The more protein you eat the more the fat burning hormone glucagon is released. The more carbohydrate you eat the more the fat storage hormone insulin is released.Simple carbs are addictive and can be disastrous to our health. The best way to break the addiction is NO carbs for 3 days. Make a huge batch of deviled eggs and eat one every time you want something have huge omelets for breakfast, with bacon, a lil onion, peppers, mushrooms cheese. Pork chops for lunch. Get pork rinds and eat them with tuna salad. Steak for dinner. Make a huge sugar free cheese cake for dessert. Eat so much you won t feel deprived of anything. By the fourth day, your addiction will be gone and you can start making healthy choices.High insulin levels unbalance other hormones. Controlling your insulin level will balance out other hormones allow human growth hormone (HGH) to be produced naturally so you will gain lean muscle even without exercise. Any exercise will greatly increase your muscle mass with high HGH levels.Once you get near your goal, you start adding 5 carbs every 3 days til you gain weight, then you subtract 10 carbs. That would give you your personal carb level (everyone is different and it depends on how active you are.) As long as you remain 9 carbs per hour, you will maintain insulin control, and shouldn t gain weight. Many people gain weight on high carb, then switch to low carb to lose weight then are shocked when they return to high carb that they gain weight. Many people can return to moderate carb levels but very few can really eat all they want of sugar and maintain weight or health.Dr.Atkins was a cardiologist, low carb was a health plan easier sold as a diet Read any of his books for easily understandable science. Lutz Life without Bread Taubes Good calorie, bad calorie are excellent books that dispel all the nutrition myths.Reducing body fat and increasing muscle mass will have you in awesome shape in no time. Good luck!

i was able to lose 52 lbs. and keep them off with this diet:drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you ll gain everything back, trust me.eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like fish, turkey and chicken breast.skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.if you feel hungry, but don t want to over eat, chew gum. it ll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!and don t forget to exercise!try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.

In order to reduce your body fat you need to first reduce your calorie intake. Your goal will be to consume less calories, in the form of food and drink, than your body actually requires, thus, creating a calorie deficit. One pound of fat is the equivalent of 3,500 calories. If you split this down over the week thats 500 calories per day you need to be eating less of. Achieve this and you will loose one pound of fat per week.To loose more than one pound of fat per week, you can loose even more body fat by engaging in exercise. Examples include cardio such as running, biking, swimming, rowing, etc. You can also engage in resistance training which will help make the muscles stronger and firmer, and will also burn additional calories. Remember, the more lean muscle tissue you have on your body, the more calories you will burn on a daily basis, even at rest.Through a combination of diet and exercise you could expect to loose around 1-2 pounds per week.

The NBC television show The Biggest Loser is using whey meal replacement drinks to help the contestants lose weight. The basic premise is you consume fewer calories in the whey shake than in a normal meal (say breakfast). The 20 or so grams of whey protein makes you feel full, but you reduced your caloric intake to 150 to 200 calories and you lose weight.Whey protein also stimulates the release of appetite suppressing hormones, so you tend to eat less all day. Plus it has been shown to help regulate blood sugar levels, which reduce cravings.whey meal replacement drinks are definitely worth looking into

Hi there,Losing weight fast and in a healthy way is not as hard as people think. In fact, it can be pretty easy. Just cutting soda and sugary drinks from your diet COMPLETELY is just one awesome way to lose weight fast easy and healthily. (I lost 10 pounds alone only with that one change) That along with the other tips I m going to share below (all are very safe and healthy) and you will be on your way to easily losing the weight and keeping it off.As cliche as it may sound you gotta eat your veggies. They are amazingly good for you, also raw nuts (almonds are best) fruits, and 100% whole grain breads instead of white flours (white flour is very bad for you, read up on it if you get the chance!) Try and stay away from fried foods and fast food as much as possible, and other empty calories and foods that provide you no nutrients, like ice cream/candy/cake etc. Common sense goes a long way with what foods to eat and how to be healthy, so use it :)Building healthy eating habits and keeping the weight off in the long term is what you should really strive for. Also, make sure you don t count calories, it can drive you CRAZY! Just eat GOOD calories, and when your satisfied, stop eating. Try to eat more meals a day and portion them smaller, it really is proven to speed up your metabolism and burn fat way faster. If you mix this in with the other things I ve shared, you will be on your way to easily losing weight and keeping it off.Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. You will get to where you want to be. You really have to want it, I did, and I m at my goal weight now. Please check out my blog, I think you will enjoy the information and my weight loss story. The link is below and best of luck hon.

Mediterranean diet rich in garlic basil onions oregano parsley olive oil vinegar fish lean meats try it easy simple natural look at us italians we are pretty slender just try it good luck

The best regimen I have found was the Asian diet.A lot of the answers you will see here will tell you to buy some sort of supplement. Don t take diet pills. They are unnatural and dangerous. It is not the lack of pills that got you heavy; that is not the fix you need. It was (most likely) improper diet and lifestyle that got you the extra weight. That is the fix you need. The best way to lose weight is through the principles of balance and moderation. You need to eat good food and eat enough of it.Shoot to lose 1-3 pounds per week. No more. Don t go hungry, just keep yourself filled with good, natural foods.Don t worry about calories. Caloric science is flawed for several reasons. 1) it assumes 100% absorption, but we all absorb and excrete different amounts; 2) It assumes all calories are processed the same, but calories from natural sources are burned more slowly and evenly than from refined sources; 3) It assumes that the amount of energy released by combustion (burning) in a lab is the same amount of energy released when the food is broken down enzymatically in the gut; 4) It assumes that the same exercise done by different people will burn the same amount of exercise, but different exercises will be harder or easier for different people; 5) Correlation does not prove causation. People who are heavier eat more calories: did the calories make them heavy, or did being heavy make them need more calories? Maybe they are both symptoms of a deeper problem. 6) people in China consume 25-40% more calories; even the sedentary office workers have more calories and less obesity than we.Asian cultures have long ago figured out how we should be eating, Ever since we have looked to science to tell us how to eat we have seen more obesity and diet-related disease. If we eat like the Asians, we will look like the Asians. This doesn t mean you have to eat Asian food, just adhere to the principles that are common to the different cultures and cuisines. You should eat mostly vegetables, mostly cooked (cold and raw foods slow your metabolism because they need to be cooked in your stomach) and a wide variety, mostly fresh and in-season and local, simple grains (more rice, less bread), some fruit, a little meat, no dairy (it s for infants and grows tissue), and no artificial foods.Avoid artificial foods, including sugar substitutes. Don t worry about calories, fat, protein, carbs, nor any one component of food. There are several books that explain this strategy of eating. The Asian Diet: simple secrets for eating right, losing weight, and being well by Bussell explains the diet and its rationale. The Asian Diet: get slim and stay slim the Asian way by Tran has recipes that adhere to the principles. The China Study by Campbell has the science behind the recommendation.Get some exercise every day, but not too much and not always the same exercise. Start slow and work your way up. Calisthenics are great, as is Tai Chi. Walking and swimming are also great. All other exercises should be in a wide rotation.Follow the principles of balance and moderation and you ll be fine. Most diets in America are not balanced nor moderate.Source(s):http://www.theasiandiet.comhttp://www.thechinastudy.com

Making a lifestyle change of eating right and exercising regularly (5 - 7 days a week). Is it easy to keep the weight off? Yes...as long as I eat right and exercise.Ya didn t put the pounds on overnight though, so don t expect them to disappear overnight. Any loss over 3 lbs/wk is too fast and likely to return.Good luck!

Eat less, move more. Eat the majority of your calories early in the day. Eat four to six small meals a day with breakfast being the largest and dinner being the smallest. Avoid sodas and junk foods. That s what helped me lose weight. And I ve kept it off since I lost the last of it Dec. 1st.

I wanna lose weight fast. Does this sound like it will work? -

if i follow this for six days, do you think ill lose weight/how much?Day 1: drink waterDay 2: drink waterDay 3: eat up to 2 pieces of the same fruitDay 4: eat only 1 piece of fruitDay 5: drink waterDay 6: eat only 1 piece of fruit

that may be a little dangerous , you should not stop eating , but , eat less when you can , still have all the basic meals a day you normally would have ,and simply eat healthier things =)

If you are still alive after 6 days Im sure you would have shed something like 3-5 kilos. Please tell me if this works for you as Im trying to lose some weight as well and need to hear success stories.

have fun in the hospital!

no, your body s metabolism will become drastically slower. After those six days, whatever weight you may have dropped you will gain back relatively quickly.

yeah really you will be in the hospital for being so skinny but if you are willing to go through the pain and the feeling of throwing up and always being starved you will shed those pounds off like magic im not kidding some people can eat nothing for 1 day and lose like 5lbs

Starvation will cause weight loss.It also causes other things that you may not want. You ll be spacy and irritable because your brain needs carbohydrate fuel to function. 6 days of starvation probably won t cause much permanent damage, but you won t lose all that much weight either. Bear in mind that some of that weight will be muscle, since your body can only convert so much fat per day before it has to start cannibalizing muscle as well. That s why its a good idea to lose weight gradually.

Yeah, you ll lose weight. You ll also probably pass out and wind up in the hospital. Just hope you don t hit your head on the way down. That would suck to get a serious head injury for vanity s sake.

If you could keep up with that diet and not cheat... sure....

You shouldn t just jump into a diet like that, it could make you really sick. You will lose a *little* weight, but trust me it won t be worth it.

How do you lose weight fast? -

I need a diet that works and that is also kinda fast. i want to lose about 80 pounds by next september and everyone is telling me it will be almost impossible. HELP ME PLEASE !!!

Begin eating a diet consisting almost exclusively of lean proteins (like skinless chicken breast), green vegetables, healthy nuts (like almonds and walnuts), and healthy fats (from fish, olive oil, flax seeds, flax oil, EFA supplements, etc.). A small amount of fruit is ok. Try to break up your food intake into 6 small meals per day.

Have you tried apple cider vinegar? It s a safe natural way to lose weight and you can get it from your grocery store (don t mistake it for regular white vinegar)! It is a natural appetite suppressant and helps you burn fat instead of storing it. Take two teaspoons of ACV before each meal or three times a day. It will help you burn fat and eat less (if appetite is a problem for you). You DO NOT have to change your eating habits. You can lose weight even faster if you pair ACV with another weight loss method like exercising. Here s a guide on how to do it:http://www.ehow.com/how_5555524_lose-weiHope that helps!

hey... janet here.. hopefully my own personally story can be of some guidance/help to you..I m 5 8 and at the time I was about 220 lbs.. and was trying real hard to lose weight for almost 8 months... i just had a baby at the time.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and the hubby began getting on my case and bothering me non stop about my new weight problem... so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer was about to get here- and i love the beach! So i decided to try and do something about it... ive since tried almost every diet system out there... the standard eat less-exercise more change lifestyle diet, south beach, atkins, slimfast, weight watchers, etc... I also tried taking many different weight loss supplements.. and overall nothing has really worked well for me.... But i came across this diet program http://www.fatloss.pcti-system.com .. which a couple of my friends put me onto, and it worked amazing for me like nothing else has.Right now I m only 180 lbs.. I m still overweight but I ve already lost 40 pounds and I m well on my way to my goal of 160 lbs.. I hope i was of some help.. I wish you all the best of luck!

Weight Loss Tip ) Eat More MealsA traditional three-meals-a-day plan just will not cut it if you are in the market to burn fat. Your body is not able to metabolize large meals and will quickly turn any excess into fat. Many experts believe you should eat six small meals a day. Be sure you cut back on your food consumption at each meal, or else you will be doubling your intakeand doubling your fat storage!

Easy to do, first cut out salt, sugar and fats out of your diet, drink only water. Exercise at least once a day, do cardio or aerobics, exercise bike, elliptical, rowing machine, treadmill ect.... You can also do weight training in addition, get some barbells, dont have to be big heavy ones... eat at least 3 meals a day and watch proportion size. Dont eat after 7 pm, then wait an hour and work out at like 8 pm.... or eat at 6 then work out at least and hour later.

Exercise, Exercise and Exercise Some MoreExercising simply cannot be forgotten about when one wants to lose weight. The best way to lose weight is to burn off more calories than one takes in. This can be accomplished without dieting, as long as the individual is not consuming massive amounts of calories. Exercises such as jumping rope, swimming, skating or other fun activities really burn calories. The great thing is that these activities are fun so the individuals dont feel as if theyre exercising.

Supplement your efforts with proven quick weight loss tools such as: whey protein shakes, a good multivitamin, and L-Glutamine supplements. Also consider purchasing a good heart-rate monitor to accurately track the intensity of your workouts.

Eat about 1400 (the number can vary but you should count how much you re eating) calories of non-fatty and non-sugary drinks and foods, every day. Try getting some Yoplait yogurt and drink green tea or just water. Walk for 20 minutes and then do 15 minutes of jump roping, every day. The more you get used to exercising, increase the amount of time you exercise. Do some workouts with weights of 5lbs. Are you in school? Join track. You really need to just get into a routine of an overall healthy lifestyle. Find some jogging buddies that will encourage you or also want to lose weight. Hope that helps. It will get pretty hard. Find something that works for you. Good luck.

no junk foods, drink only water, and run 35 min s. or more every day. chew guy and spit DON T SWALLOW. trust me it s an old middle/high school wrestling trick

Skip Happy HourFor those individuals who want to burn fat quickly, avoid alcohol. Rich in sugars and carbohydrates, alcohol is a calorie-rich substance. These empty calories can add up quickly and take away from necessary nutrients that should be included in your daily diet. Furthermore, alcohol acts as an inhibitor for burning fat, allowing your body to store it more quickly.

No White at Night. Follow this rule, it really works. No white at night means that after 7:00 p.m. you cannot eat: white rice, sugars, pastas, starches or breads. Think about how much that will cut out of your diet. You shouldn t really eat anything after about 7:30 p.m. but especially not any of the white items above. If you must eat late at night, make sure you are eating complex carbs (wheat bread, whole grains, proteins) and not sugars and heavy pastas.

I need to lose weight fast and i dont care how well yes i do? -

help i think i am fat i wear i size 14 in juniors im fat !! well you think thats fat when you look at me i dont look fat because most of my fat is in my butt i can fit a 12 but by butt too big when i gain weight it goes to my butt to by then my legs then my tummy then my arms

The healthiest way to lose weight is neither crash diets nor bursts of exercise. The body likes slow changes in terms of food and exercise. For example, someone who has not exercised for years should not rush into running miles a day or pounding the treadmill. Not only will the struggle to do so leave you feeling disheartened and demotivated, you re also far more likely to injure yourself and set your fitness levels back further. The same goes for people who suddenly start starving themselves. Diets that severely restrict calories or the types of food allowed can lead you to be deficient in the nutrients and vitamins that your body needs. So if you need to lose weight, what should you do?Energy needs and weight lossYour body uses food for energy. It stores any excess energy as fat. This means if you eat more food than your body needs for daily activities and cell maintenance, you will gain weight. To lose weight, you need to get your body to use up these stores of fat. The most effective way to do this is to: * reduce the amount of calories you eat * increase your levels of activity. This is why experts talk about weight loss in terms of diet and exercise.Introduce changes graduallySmall changes can make a big difference. One extra biscuit a week can lead you to gain 5lb a year C cut that biscuit out of your diet and you ll lose the same amount. You are also more likely to stick to, say, swapping full-fat milk for semi-skimmed or making time for breakfast each morning than a diet that sets rules for all foods. You should think of weight loss in terms of permanently changing your eating habits. While weight-loss goals are usually set in term of weeks, the end game is to sustain these changes over months and years.Increase your activity levelsSomeone who increases the amount they exercise, but maintains the same diet and calorie intake, will almost certainly lose weight. No matter if you hate gyms - even light exercise such as a short 20 minute walk will be beneficial if done most days of the week.Every single time you exercise more than usual, you burn calories and fat. There are lots of ways to increase the amount of activity you do. Team sports, racket sports, aerobics classes, running, walking, swimming and cycling will all improve your fitness levels.Find something you enjoy that s easy for you to do in terms of location and cost. You are then more likely to build it into your routine and continue to exercise, despite inevitably missing the odd session through holidays, family commitments, etc. * Get out and about at the weekend. Leave your car on the drive and walk to the shops. Try to incorporate longer walks into outings to the park, coast or countryside and take a picnic so you are in control of what you are going to eat that day. * Every extra step you take helps. Always use the stairs instead of the lift, or get off the bus a stop before the usual one and walk the rest of the way. * Use commercial breaks between TV-programmes to stand up and do exercise, or consider using an exercise bicycle in the living room while watching your favourite programme.Reduce your calorie intakeWhat is overweight?Doctors use BMI to assess weight.A BMI of 18.5-25 is healthy. If you have a BMI of more than 25 you are overweight.Over 30 is obese.Over 40 is morbidly obese. To calculate your BMI, you ll need to know your weight in kilos and your height in metres, then follow the example below.1. Multiply your height by itself, eg 1.7x1.7= 2.89.2. Divide your weight (eg 80kg) by this figure.3. 80 2.89= 27.7.27.7 is the BMI.If you are overweight, you can t continue with your current eating habits. It s not possible to reduce body fat while eating lots of food, cakes and sweets. This doesn t mean you can never have any treats, but you need to learn how to limit these foods to small quantities - say, for special occasions. In terms of weight-loss, you can get your body to use up existing stores of fat by eating less and making healthier choices. This doesn t mean crash diet (anything less than 1500 calories), which usually ends up with you either getting weaker or giving up in desperation. Quick-fix diets can lead to a yo-yoing effect of drastic weight loss followed by weight gain, resulting in a vicious cycle. There are no shortcuts to losing weight in a healthy and reasonable way.Eating 300 to 500 calories less per day should lead to a loss of between one and two pounds per week. This is a realistic target. It may seem slow, but would add up to a weight loss of more than three stone in a year.Fat contains the most amount of calories out of all the food types (protein, carbohydrates), so a good way to achieve this is to cut down on fatty foods and eat more wholegrain bread, fruit and vegetables.Below are ways to reduce calorie intake without having to alter your diet signific

Just minimize your portions. Cut foods that are high in sugars or carbs like soda (or limit yourself to 3 diet sodas per day if you must) and bread. Eat a larger breakfast (studies have shown that eating eggs for breakfast decreased peoples appetite throughout the day) but keep your other meals small. Drink a lot of water throughout the day preferably with ice. Your body will burn more calories if you drink cold water. Try to eat foods that contain a lot of water (veggies like lettuce and celery) also eat foods with high fiber. Snack on almonds or something else high in fiber.EXERCISE! Any activity that is out of your usual routine will help. Start off by walking an extra mile or dance around your house.

be balimac or aneraxic

What are the best exersizes to lose weight fast???? -

HELP I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST!

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don t over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home. The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!Don t look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

You didn t gain it fast, so relax.Run 2 miles per day, 6 days per week.

you should be less concerned about losing weight fast and make eating better and exercise a routine/ a way of life.crash weight loss ALWAYS backfires.

Don t get overly concerned about your weight, you are still young.Think more about being healthy and looking good.Burn more calories than you eat. Take in about 2000 a day.Cut your fat intake.
