You can t lose it quickly. You must gradually change your eating habits and excercise habbits. give your body some time to adjust to the changes and you will lose the weight much faster than you normally would lose it. Actually your body burns 12 calories per pound of body weight for each day. So to figure out how many calories you need for each day you must multiply your weight by 12. Choose wisely the foods you eat and how much you do eat. If you do want to loose weight just simply eat less that the amount of calories you need in a day. Many people think you must excercise to lose weight but you cannot lose weight by just simply excercising. You must have a well balanced diet and eat less than the amount of calories you need in a day to lose weight. While you cannot lose weight by excercising alone it does speed up the process while adding more muscle mass because the muscles burn more calories.

Be your own trainer and nutritionist, the basic rules to losing weight are no soda, no fast food, lots of chicken, fish, fresh (not canned that��s bad) fruits and vegies, whole wheat stuff, yogurt. Otherwise you��ll get depressed and quit. Another important point is getting the right amount of sleep every night. You need 8-9 hours of sleep each night for your body to function correctly. This is an important factor of losing weight. Set up a routine for yourself and go to bed at about the same time each night. As for exercise, lots of cardio. Find something you like. If you have never exercised much before, start with walking 30 minutes a day at a brisk pace. Move on to different terrains that include hills and increase the time spent. After a week or two, try jogging the route. No matter what find an activity you enjoy. Walking to jogging is just an example, try hiking, rollerblading, biking. Once you get into a regular routine, if your not happy with the level of difficulty, try signing up with a gym. Spinning, pilates or kickboxing classes are great. It will also introduce you to working with weights. Talk to a trainer for instruction before using any weights. A cheap investment is a balance ball, it works you stomach while your just sitting on it, like at your computer and its great for posture. I want to lose weight for this summer, preferably at about late July, early August. I want to lose at least 20 pounds. No diet pills, or ads, I ll report them. Please help!!!

If I follow that diet, and exercise every day for about half an hour, how much weight do you think I can lose in 3 weeks. I m overweight and I read that overweight people lose weight faster. This is not the answer you would like to hear but any time one looks for a quick fix it is harmful and the quicker you lose the weight the quicker you gain it back. it isnt easy but its a life change and ham for one is not good for you pork has tons of sodium and fat chicken and turkey are the best no nitrates like in deli meat eggs have protein but this diet you want to follow isnt a healthy diet to keep for life. i know if you go with the lemon diet that will clean you out and you can lose weight and about diet soda its just as bad if not worse than regular soda tea would be a better subsitutuion, cambells soup is full of sodium i believe 850mg per serving that soudium will make u retain water and hold more weight in protein is good soy is great for balancing your metabolism and fills you up. oatmeal is good if you get kashi oatmeal its really good and has almost no sodium unlike quaker. its best to drink your water slower dont just chug it down and yeh drink abt a gallon a day. swimming will realy have u burning calories. i had a baby 18 months ago i went from 115-204#s i followed a well balnced meals 6 little meals a day worked out started off with the lemon diet and im down to 109#s i tried the quick diets everyone these days looks for a quick fix and they dont want to work for it i was one of them i use to drink 12 pk soda a day and my brother in law whos a physician assited me all the way. so GOOD luck!and you said to start your diet start by calling it a life style change not diet, want it realy bad i lost 100#s and i am so proud of myself i feel so much better and i used nopills no nothing you can do it you will need support emotionally at first and maybe for a while but choose support that doesnt have the same weakeness as us you can do it! The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. Looking at your diet plan, you seem to have an OK mix of protein, carbs, etc, but I would suggest, if I may, maybe upping the veggies to 3 or 4 servings in a day, and just maybe cutting back one egg (if you have cholesterol concerns).I ve had the best luck with picking foods low on the glycemic index (you can find that with a Google search), which keeps the sugar and carbs down, and setting a calorie limit of 1500-2000 (more if you are exercising). Eating the same thing every day gets boring after about 3 days.Also, try not to take it off faster than you put it on - I wouldn t suggest over 5 pounds a week. ok......im 5 7. im 13. i weigh about 150-160 pounds. when i move to a new home, i want to get new clothes but i want to be skinny by then. salads and water, you ll lose a tone of weight.....but mix it up a bit....dont eat the same salad every day...and add some juice to your diet.eat fish, chicken, salmon, tuna with your salads,water every daymix up your juices. Pineapple one day, apple another, strawberry another, and so on..eat some healthy seeds when ever u can.you wont need to work out too much.....just make sure ur active daily.....walk to work school...and what not.dont try to stay way from breads or cereals. you ll need them in the morning....its important that you eat whole wheat cereal with skimmed milk in the morning....mix it up with a healthy whole wheat sandwich every once in a whileits very important that you only eat salads for dinner and make sure you sleep 3 hours after dinner....sleep is important, specially on an empty stomach, thats when the fat starts burning. you should be pissing the fat out in no time....just keep drinking water!!its very important that you dont eat the same thing every day.....its only gona cause your body to burn the same low amount of calories everyday.* I m telling you when to eat, how to eat, what to eat.
