How can I lose as much weight as possible in about 9 days? -

I know it s not healthy to lose weight fast but I only have nine days before a very important event, and I need to lose as much weight as I can. Are there any special diet plans I can follow in order to do this?Please don t post if you are just going to tell me how I shouldn t try to lose weight this way, because I already know that and I usually wouldn t do this. Will starting a raw food diet help me lose weight? -

I spent 5 weeks on a protein diet (weight lifting included) and lost 6 kgs. I am not overweight, not even close, but want to lose 4 more kgs. Don t want to stay on the protein diet, though. I lost 8lbs in 2 weeks by doing the following:1. Cutting out white food: bread, rice, sugar, flour.2. Increased my protein intake.3. Ate 5 to 6 times per day, small meals.4. smoothies are really good, and dancing is really good because not many people like to exercise but a lot loves to dance. Dancing is a form of exercise. I don t know if you like to run but you could power walk, that worked for me when I was trying to lose weight. Also watch what you eat, Make sure you eat a balanced healthy meal. DO NOT stop eating, many people would stop eating but what a lot of people don t know is that the body would still get bigger because it would become malnourished and you DO NOT WANT THAT. The most important this is to stay healthy. So try to drink fruit smoothies because they are healthy and try avoiding soda s.
