I feel overweight and I m actually really young (only 17) and I don t want to be ridiculously thin, I just want to reach the standard weight for my height...i want to lose like, 25 pounds...I guess. I see this question way too often.All there is to it is eating healthy and exercising. There is no healthy, miracle cure. be smart and just work out for an hour or so 4 or 5 times a week and cut back on junk food. It will take maybe 8 weeks to lose 25 lbs if you re healthy about it.

How can I lose weight fast? -

I want to lose weight fast and and be healthy at the same time. I can t stay on a deit cause I love to eat escpecially junk food. Also I m not good at exercising unless I m playing some kind of game or something but that doesn t happen much. What should I do?

you should play sprots that you lovee! that;ll defenantly help you shred some pounds. the best way to loose them, is swimming but it doesnt really matter as long as you re being actvive. and for the junkfood just start eating fruits and vegetables, and have chocolate only once a day as a treat!

if you cant stay away from junk food then try to decrease the amount you eat at least just try to cute what you usually eat in half and then find a good friend that will make you walk its much easier to walk with a friend that will push you instead of doing it on your own

You said you wanted to lose weght fast and she s talking about 304 months lol.First of all remember when you would eat 3 servings a day? well dont. You should eat 5 healthy small servings a day alright? Followin me? Do not drink and soda unless its diet or lemonade. If you want ed eat fast foods then eat Subway (Commercial tells the truth).For your exercize ou only need atleast 30mins-60. Thats all you need to know. If you keep this up in a week or 2 you should be able to loost atleast 8 pounds. (I lost 15 in 3)It also depends on what you mean by FAST.Well hope i helped aright? Peace.

well its not healthy to lose weight fast nyway. a healthy rate is if u eat really healthily, just fruit n vegetables, mostly raw, and the vitamins u need, n just do lots of exercise. dont overdo it n get ill though.

(it may take a few weeks or more before you start to notice) you should exrecise regularly..try trying out for a sport at your school. and you should also eat healthier items with leass fat/carb/sugar content, so for example instead of having whole milk try skim or 1%. instead of having like bologna or pepperoni or stuff at lunch try low fat ham with low fat manoisse..i swear it tatses as good as the real stuff, also try replacing dessert after dinner or lunch with yogurt or fruit. another thing is (in the summer) relieve an icecream or sugar craving with a fudgicle or popsicle, most have low fat and carbs. just keep working at it, good luck.
