Can you suggest practical ways to lose weight fast? -

well, I wouldn t say fast but I would drink plenty of water and possibly use a sauna and lots of cardio such as treadmill, bicycle, or stair stepper

The best way would probably be about 20 minutes at a time. Don t over do it though or else your body will just get used to the exercise and it will stop trying to lose weight.

I lost weight eating tuna and chicken noodle soup. I count calories as if they were money (frugally and limited) and read books while on the tread mill, so I wouldn t get board. I drank water and when I had to have something else, unsweetened ice tea. I also kept a notebook with what I ate, the calorie content and how much I burned, so I wouldn t cheat.

Can anyone give me advice on how to lose weight? -

i am 5 4 , weigh 170 lbs. and am 13 years old. i recently lost about 16 pounds, but i can say that i did it all in a healthy way. I admit that i binged sometimes. But i have eaten healthier and am more concious about what i eat. i normally dont eat breakfast on weekdays because i dont have time and am not hungry. at lunch, in school, i dont eat a lot because i get full quickly. i normally eat dinner when i get home, around 3:00 to 3:30 and i try not to eat as much fattening things, like bread, and candy, or anything that is junk food. i also havent had any soda or pop in a while. i excercise about 6 days a week or 5. when i excercise, i run for about 3 min. then walk for 1 min. then run for 2 min. then walk for 1. and so on untill i reach about 10 -12 min. then i do about 70-100 sit- ups, and then about 30- 50 crunches. my goal is to lose about 50 lbs before the summer or before the next school year beging and so far i have lost 16. can anyone please give me advice on losing more?

Good idea to cut out the pop, make sure you drink lots of water. And you really should try to eat a small breakfast every morning, even if its just a breakfast bar(the Special K bars are really good). It s the best way to jump start your metabolism that way it works better during the day. More smaller meals will also help a lot. Fish is also something good you can eat. Keep the workouts going, try to build up the time that you run. What am I doing wrong.. how to lose weight? -

Okay.. I m getting an average of 45 min s of exercise 4 days a week. (either an hour at the gym or Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd)I drink my waterI journal my food and am staying at around 1,300 calories a day. I ve been doing this for 4 weeks now.. the first week I lost 4 lbs.. since then I ve lost nothing. 3 weeks of watching the diet, getting exercise, drinking my water, and no change. At first I lost a few inches but since then.. nothing.. I haven t budged in the last 2.5 weeks in inches either.So.. what should I change up?
