Teen weight loss????????? -

well im 14 5 8 210 pds i wanted to know what would be the best weight loss program for me and dont tell me eat small meals even though that does work how am i suppost to do that at school

Well, obviously eating smaller amounts and less fatty food would help, but since that s not what you want to hear, I would suggest doing crunchies or sit ups. I hold myself in a crunchie position as high up as I can go, and hold it there as long as I can. Just take full deep breaths while you re doing that. If you have a gym by your house, just go on a treadmill and walk. It doesn t have to be at a fast pace, just as long as you re moving.

teens should not be attempting to loose weight.if you are overweight and in your teens, you should not try to loose weight. instead try to maintain the same weight, since you are still growing.

well you don t nessisarly need to eat small meals, but like eat every meal don t skip meals that will make u gain more weight cuz you ll be hungry then eat more, try to excercise , i m trying to lose weight too so i run 20 mins every day. Sometimes its hard to run cuz you just feel like you don t want to, but just do it, find yourself a reason to run. It will take a long time and hard work but it will pay off good luck!

ok. so im 5 8 and 155lbs. i know thats normal i looked it up, but i have a small frame and for me its NOT normal, so i dont really wanna hear it lol i wanna get down to 125...i just want some tips on how to eat healthier, avoid snacking, and lose weight quickly but not in an unhealthy way. oh and i just recently dislocated my knee and i have a big brace (from my ankle to my thigh) so if uve got any tips on how i can possibly exercise that wud be soooo much help! (ive gotta wear the brace for a month, then physical therapy, and i dont wanna have to weight till im better to be able to work out).. im soooo sick of the way i look and its gotta change! well..it s tricky....i mean..rationally speaking you have to cut out fast foods, sodas, bread, fried stuff...focus on eating a lot of fruit. Replace the snacks u usually have with stuff that you can eat a lot of but not have to worry about the calories. For examples i snack on apples or carrots. Once in a while you can indulge and have a bit of dark chocolate or a simple vanilla ice-cream. Focus on a healthy breakfast, drink a lot of water and try not to eat after 4-5pm. It really helps.

I have a Weight loss issue can anyone help? -

Hi, I am needing to lose quite a bit of weight, and I am having trouble with it no matter what I do I can t seem to loose and when I do really good, and lose like 10 pounds I get off track and end up gaining it back again.
