Help, I want to lose weight..? -

I want to lose approx. 30-40 lbs... ive tried alot of weight loss pills in the past couple of years, tried working out, tried alot of different things, and i still didn t see the results that i thought id see..... i am kind of impatient so should i try all these things again or does anyone have any idea about a weight loss program to where you can lose weight quicker and safer?

You will lose more body fat eating protein and fat (don t eat protein alone) than not eating AT ALL. To lose weight fast eat all you want but nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter and half an avocado a day (you ll need added potassium). Keep the calories high and the fat percentage high, at least 65% of calories. Diet pills don t work. It s the nutrition and fitness plans that come with them that work. All you can do is keep track of your calories, make sure you get them from HEALTHY foods (fruits, vegetables, whole grains, NO REFINED CARBS LIKE WHITE BREAD OR PASTA, lean proteins like chicken and fish, nuts), and exercise. 45 minutes a day, 5-6 times a week of cardio, plus strength training 2-3 times a week, combined with a healthy diet, will help you shed that weight. You re going to have to be patient, though. Distract yourself from the slow progress by tracking measurements, taking before/after pictures of yourself each week, journaling how you feel each day or every few days, and allowing yourself little rewards every time you lose, say, 5 pounds. A new book, a new top, new shoes, a day all to yourself, a spa day at home with a bath and some candles, mani/pedi, etc.

Record down what you usually eat. Try to make sacrifices, like skip the Fast food breakfasts. and dont go near sugary sweets. Drink plenty of water. Avoid the sodium, and dont sit down right after yu eat. Walk around the place, or stand and do house work. Everyday get in at least 10-15 mins of excercise, Make up your own moves, whatever yu feel like doing. Eat alot of fruits and vegetables, and remember to drink plenty of water. pills are dangerous..

You don t need a diet. You need a lifestyle change. Eat less, move more. Eat four to six small meals a day with breakfast being the largest and dinner being the smallest. Eat the majority of your calories early in the day. Avoid sodas and junk foods.

Drop those 23 Eggs you eat and you should be fine...
