Weight loss tips!? -

k so i would like 2 say that 1st im not going on a crash diet. but i do need 2 loss some weight any1 have any tips?

You re already on the right track. Crash diets are the worst.Just cut down your portions of fats, sugars, even carbs and proteins. Try to eliminate junk food.Eat more fruits and veggies. Drink tons of water.Do cardio (walking and/or running) and some weights.Pretty soon you ll be in excellent shape :)

Eat healthy drink plenty of water in place of pop and exercise.

Diet and excercise. As for me, I lost weight without even trying. I ate a piece of toast for breakfast and a few carrots for a snack or some fruit. For lunch, I ate a bowl of green salad with chicken strips and cheese. And I have a bowl of mix fruit with that.
