Personally I think you d be better off not worrying about your weight. 148 pounds isn t huge. Teens are under too much pressure these days to be skinny. Just chill out a bit. If you really want to lose weight, just cut out snacks, but don t miss out on meals.
try hydroxye cut (i might have spelled it wrong) you can buy it at your local wallgreens. i heard it works amazing.you also have to eat less and healthy. you also need to excersie. hope that helps =D
HI i m fourteen and I am also overweight and the special k challenge helped me lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks!also ran for two miles a day. So maybe you can try that!hope I was helpful!
