First of all, don t crash diet, but don t pig out (i know, its tempting :-) ) but eat healthy but good tasting things instead, and after school, there is no way to really truly not be tempted, you just need to push past and think of how great you will look at the event in one month that you are losing weight for. And exercise.
You cant lose a signifigant ammount of weight in a month. Dont be disappointed when you fall short of your goal.Exersise is critical, but diet is 75% of weight loss.Eat whole grains, limit your milk intake to a 16oz a day or less, and make sure its skim.Baked chicken, steamed veggies, whole grain pastas.All are fantastic.Dont focus on lowering your calories right now, first concentrate on cleaning up your diet. And spacing your meals out.Big meals are bad, lots of small meals are best, its like constant light snacking every 2 hours.You only need to lower your calorie intake by about 200 from what it is now especially if you start doing cardio and light weight work.DO NOT drastically decrease your calories at any time, this will crash your metabolism, make you too tired to exersise, and will cause you to put on fat as your body slows your metabolism.A clean diet is a must, its not very tasty, but I promise it is very very filling you will not go hungry.
You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it. Then also try to find a well balance diet program. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days. It might be the thing you are looking for, I know it s well balanced. Look up how many points you should eat with the Weight Watchers plan. Keep track of your points each day and do not go over. This will make you more aware of everything you put in your mouth so you do not over eat.Good luck! I use this to make sure I don t over eat and lost all of the weight I wanted. It s also a much healthier way to change the way you eat.
u must must have 3 meals a day: (i did not copy paste this)beakfast: whole wheat toast, jam or any spreading u like,do not use butter-thats got fat in it..if u wanna use butter use a substitute for it like margerine,oatmeal is good too with honey. AVOID FOOD WITH SUGAR,like pancakes,waffles,cereal with sugar in them,sugar is a big no no!..and lay off the coffee for a while too..have orange juice instead (with no added sugar)dont drink whole cream milk either,go for low fat,its healthierfor lunch have a piece of chicken or streak with some saladand trust me...have u heard the saying: breakfast,eat like a king,dinner eat like a poor man its true!!they usually recommend that you not eat after 5 or 7pm,because at night if u stuff urself ull wake up a couple of pounds heavier! so keep it VERY simple,no fat no sugar and dont eat after those timmings ive told you.another thing,do not,i repeat do not! SNACK in between meals!! if u must, snack on some carrot sticks,dry fruit,nuts,etc..no soda,chocolate (dark chocolate is okay),anything with sugar is bad (which im sure u know) and bread and rice are very fattening,and last but not least NO TAKE-OUT!hope that helped...it was from my own knowledge.. :)
keep yourself busy, when youre hungry instead of grabbing food grab a bottle of water or glass of milk. also you should start eating smaller portions; you could eat 8 times a day, as long as you have small portions of it.just make sure its not sometime extremely fat like doritos (;
You have to have a little self control not to eat all that crap. You re going to have to take up some cardio if you want to loose weight as well as eating right. WATER is very important so drink lots of it.

I think the best way is not to starve yourself(this may lead to an eating disorder which u dont want!!!) Just eat healthy foods...remeber your beutiful the way you are =)
do workout for 45 min a day,morning walk would be best...take ample amt of fruits,salad.. instead of fatty food
