lots of sit up and jogging. normal procedures do not eat candy s chocolate too much. skip meals .. eat more vegetable.drink lots of water.
fast walking or running/jogging. yoga is good too because it builds up your core muscles and all those little muscles that you didn t even know existed. (the muscles you use for balance)
OK My Dad told me these great sit ups:First u lie on Ur back with a regular sit up positionThen u barely rest Ur feet on the floor and make sure the flat of ur back is always touching the floor (this is the lowerest part of ur back.)Then u reach up to the ceiling (not outwards) twenty times with both hands. Like u are pulling urself up with a bar.Then twenty times one hand at a time (like reaching for a bar above u)Then twenty times like u r pulling urself up on a rope one hand at a time!Hope this works
