How to lose weight? Fast! I dont care how i do it just need to lose weight. Recovering from bulimia.? -

Please help! I gained so much over the midterm and need to lose weight. I try and starve myself. never works. What foods should i stay away from. Any diet plans,stories anything. Iv just stop making myself sick because i cant anymore. So need help!

My advice is to eat as healthily as you can. Not stuff yourself, but eat as normally as you can cos that will help you most.Starving yourself makes you put on weight cos your body stores everything as fat....Maybe eat in small amounts - when you eat a large amount you feels guilty and sick right? so eat little and often. Don t worry about fitting in with everyone else, just do your own thing. For example eat every couple of hours some fruit or a smoothie or some cereal. That way you won t feel guilty. But if you do - don t think about it. Just move on. Everyone gets that.Remember to drink plenty of water and get plenty of fresh air and exercise. Every time you feel miserable go out for a walk trust me it helps!Good foods to eat are fish, chicken, obviously tons of fruit and veg, but like I said in small amounts and often.Finally, its important to keep someone close, like a family member or friend to tell all your feelings and support you. I ll tell you how I lost 13 pounds in 2 short weeks. Seriously, and I didn t do any fancy weight watching program or even exercise at all. I went out of country to visit my relatives in India.They had no junk food in the house, and I didn t want to drink their milk or eat their eggs/cheese because I wasn t sure if they were sterilized.So all I ate all day was bread, cookies, tea, and occasionally rice with potatoes or meat. At the end of the 2 weeks I went from weighing 113 to 99 pounds! So, I would recomend keeping the BARE MINIMUM amount of food in the house (once you determine how much you need to eat in the house, take out some MORE food from that amount). Keep yourself really busy by watching t.v., reading, or going out. Don t give yourself a minute to think about food.This isn t the healty choice. They healthy choice would involve going to the gym and watching your calories.Now a days what I do is I keep no junk food in the house, drink lots of water, and walk as much as I can.
