Weight loss tips? -

i just renewed my gym membership...i go whenever i have time which is about 3-4 times a week - one hour per visit...yet i cant seem to lose any weight. im maintaining the same weight...its really aggrevating. i even tried replacing my normal lunches with fruits....what am i doing wrong and or what can i do to lose some weight!?!?!

Turn the thermostat of your house lower. Your body will have to generate more heat itself which is a great calory burner. You will feel more energetic as well, since sitting still cools you down.This really works, it saves energy and money as well, but off course you should not try to compensate it by wearing more clothes.

Get a trainer there, cut the fruit and eat more green, yellow and red veggies. You should also really review serving sizes and numbers of servings for your weight class. Also make sure at the gym you wake in a stiff pain the next day.RM certified personal trainer

drink plenty of water and try start counting calories there must be something that you are eating that has more calories than the ones you really need. otherwise check with your doctor.

take ephedra? i use Thermalean. you can only get it from certain places though, and its illegal (over here). But twice a day and you lose the weight instantly without any effort.Either that or try adding more cardio to your workout, and eating less calories. Drinking water is the key. Drink a bit more. Do not replace meals you will feel rundown.

I believe that eating six small meals a day are the way to losing weight. Also drink plenty of water and exercise. Walking is excellent as well as doing strengthening exercises. The more vegetables and fruits you eat the better. They are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals and real food. Good luck!

You sound like your doing great from the exercise point of view. Stay with it. Don t kid yourself though - you are eating more than you think. I guarantee it. Start a food journal to make you honest with yourself.

I know how you feel first try to not have deserts in those weeks your excerciseing which is every week so don t have any sweets maybe a little but I bet your having a little sweets to lose weight you have to excercise your muscels too, but if you eat sweets then your just giving your body the same amount of fat that you just burned off I hope I helped you because most emericans now are unhealthy and it was smart of you to go on this website and tell us hope you have a great time NOT having sweets lol later!
